Some background, I am a massage therapist and I had injured my right leg somehow. Issues with range-of-motiin, a lot of pain with all motion including sitting. My sciatica nerve was angry, my lower back was angry, and my hamstrings were furious!! I spoke with Han and he was super knowledgeable, and quick to act. I could easily stay for a 2 hr because the therapy hurt so good! My right leg couldn't straighten in any way, and after only halfway into the massage I could feel my muscles release. My calf stopped cramping, and my core muscles felt much better. I will most definitely see Han again for treatment. His room is very spacious and just lovely with plants and a gorgeous antique desk that I'd love to have. The only slight issue is that the business is upstairs with no elevator it's only a short flight of stairs though, and the building is in the beautiful Stevens Square downtown Tustin. If you're looking for a massage therapist that can actually help with your pain, then Han is that therapist.

On July 19, 2026, I had an 8:00 PM Thai massage appointment and didn't request a specific therapist. When I arrived, I waited until about 8:15 PM before anyone came outside to greet me. It seemed like no one was aware of my appointment, which was confusing. While I was waiting, I even called the business from inside to see if anyone would answer the phone, but no one did. Once the massage started with Cleo, it felt rushed and wasn't the relaxing experience I'd had during my previous visits. I'm not aware of massage therapist techniques, but I felt like something wasn't right during the upper body portion of the massage. My positioning wasn't corrected until halfway through the shoulder and neck work, which left me feeling uneasy. It was also fairly loud because of the restaurant next door. I understand that's outside the business's control, but if you're able to choose your room, I'd recommend requesting one that's not along the exterior wall facing the restaurant. Unfortunately, the biggest issue came afterward. Since that massage, I've experienced ongoing neck pain and nerve pain. As of August 1, I still can't fully turn my neck left or right and have had to begin physical therapy and chiropractic treatment. I understand that there are inherent risks with massage therapy and that every person's body responds differently, so I'm not suggesting this was intentional or that there are never risks involved. However, I do think it's important for the business to be mindful of therapist technique, proper client positioning, and overall client safety. I genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business because my first two visits were great, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened, and ensures clients receive the same level of care and attention that originally made me want to come back.

We have seen Dr. Lin, the owner, for all of these years and he is very talented and helpful for working out different pains. He tries to figure out where the pain is originating and has a whole body approach that I appreciate very much. Emily, the massage therapist, is wonderful. I see her for lymphatic massages. She's wonderful at lymphatic but is also able to work on deep tissue if needed during my session so she helps me with recovery as well. I was having issues with foot pain and Emily helped me discover that the source was tightness through the back of my legs all the way to my glutes. Once she worked on the areas, my foot pain is practically zero. It's important to see medical professionals that do not treat just the area of pain but look further into where the pain originates. I almost got a shot in my foot for this pain from my podiatrist and I'm so glad I didn't. I thank Emily for helping me solve my problem and bring me relief. I can run again because these people care to help and look for why the pain is happening to begin with. The support staff is wonderful too. Everyone is so nice.
