Luckily, as we communicated through the massage (my choice as it helps me feel more comfortable with the person who's working with me) I learned that his influence is rooted in eastern massage and he made plenty of adjustments to make sure he was effective for me. He ended up using hot stones and checking in often with amount of pressure and comfort and eventually moved onto have a really great neck, and shoulder massage. I wish he spent more time there overall but I'd come back to see if I could get a repeat of the experience. Will probably book again once I figure out a schedule that works for me. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss.
