I finally had my massage about a week ago, and it was very relaxing, and the massage tech really focused on the areas that I was sore, as requested. She even had some great tips for me, for between massages. The facility was also clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was pleasant, and they have tap to pay (no need to carry your HSA card with you), and you can even add tip to your card. Definitely will be coming back again!

We started off by booking the private sauna and cold plunge suite for 45 minutes. We did a couple of cycles through the sauna into the cold plunge, felt so reinvigorating. We showered off and headed in for our one hour Wren Massages. The two lovely ladies we got were absolutely fantastic, what a relaxing 60 minutes. Very attentive to everything and they paid special attention to the areas we pointed out prior to laying down on the tables. All the aromatherapy was absolutely fantastic as well, we had some good conversation in between with a couple of laughs. Honestly, my sister and I can't wait to come back. We plan to at least try and do this seasonally as we both work high stress jobs and it was exactly what we needed to relax and reset.

They do have a sound machine playing waves in the background, which helps gently block out some of the surrounding noise. If you're someone who gets easily distracted, I can see how it might be harder to fully get into that relaxing zen if someone starts chatting or snoring (). This actually happened during my last visit, and it took everything in me not to start laughing. The few times I've been here, the massage therapists have been pretty considerate and always check in to make sure the pressure is comfortable. During my last visit, I felt like some areas were a little rough, but I always recommend advocating for yourself and letting them know if you need them to adjust the pressure. My only real issue with this last visit was that my 90-minute massage ended about 5 minutes early, which was a bummer. My friend, who went with me and booked the same massage, also finished before I did, so it was a little confusing and something I didn't particularly appreciate. That aside, the prices are affordable, and overall, they get the job done. If you're looking for a reasonably priced massage and don't mind the more casual/open setup, I'd say it's worth giving them a try.
