I should've read other low reviews. He pressed very hard on my back and not on any pressure points. Didn't release my spine at all. He didn't understand you start light and work into deep, so he had no sense of touch. Evident he had no training whatsoever. The foot massage drilled into my arch, but didn't do anything on the balls of my feet or my heels. I actually had a heel issue, but there was no mention or questioning if I had any issues. Foot massage was worthless. They obviously addressed the comments about the front desk, he was very nice and polite. Demanding a minimum $15 tip on a $60 massage seems over the top. Not sure what there is to like here but maybe others have different experiences.

She begins with some directional stretches on your back to get you ready for the "walk on the back." She walks with such skill, from your calves, thighs, buttocks, upper spine, forearms, etc. My two add ons were: - The walk on your back (she does it the best) it's so restorative - Back scrub (it's so refreshing, it like brings more blood flow) - Sasha really puts her heart into it, and uses strong pressure; it feels so good. Sasha has a spirit of excellence. She does not miss a single thing. She got all of my areas of concern: - Ear massage (she does this the best and the longest), it helps with my recent sudden neural hearing loss - Scalp - Neck - Shoulders - Upper spine (sometimes it cracks too, absolutely wonderful) - Buttocks - Thighs - Calves (she does my calves in a few different ways during her treatment), so good!!! I'm seven months pregnant and confirmed ahead of time (multiple times) that prenatal massage was offered. When we arrived, the therapist seemed surprised and said it would have to be "very light." What I received was not a massage--just oil being lightly spread with no technique and just very lightly rubbing my skin, no muscle work, and several areas skipped entirely. She lightly touched a small area of my skin at my upper back/shoulder, touched my neck once or twice. My arms, majority of my back and my legs were skipped. At one point the same spot on my foot was lightly touched for an extended period with no purpose. My husband's experience was just as disappointing. I looked over and saw his therapist sitting on her phone with her feet propped up on the massage table while he was lying face down. When she noticed me watching, she got up and resumed briefly. My husband later confirmed this happened multiple times. She also took a phone call during the session. Overall, this felt very unprofessional and not at all what was advertised. A complete waste of time and money. We try to be understanding, especially with potential language barriers, but this visit felt like a significant mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered. For the price, we expected a baseline level of professionalism and service that just wasn't met.
