Samantha is great! She's always able to address the specific issue I have, and always apply the exact right amount of pressure.

Great massage and it did feel mindful. I wish I lived closer. She met with me prior to the massage which made it feel even more personal and healing. Nice building and office. Highly recommend. read more

Samantha is super! She knows her profession. She is kind and thoughtful. Good parking area.

Please do yourself a favor and go see her!!!! Samantha is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I am so grateful I found her! I have a huge fear of people touching me and I trusted her on day one! When I came in, I was in so much pain and my body was so tense and spasmed. She sat me down and asked me questions about my body and totally calmed my fears. I had booked my first massage for 90 min and she ended up massaging me for additional time (30-40 min) and didn't charge me! She genuinely wanted to help me feel better. And I have been going to her ever since! Samantha has a gentle presence and is one of the most genuinely authentic people I have ever meet! She's such a doll!! And she's funny too!!!!! When it comes to massage she goes in! Deep tissue? She's your girl?! The way she works to get a knot out is truly magic and I never feel bruised after. She is so intuitive when it comes to knowing were to work on the body. I always come out of my massages feeling fully zen. Never have I felt like I just wasted money and need another massage! She's consistent and amazing every time! I go every other week for my bad back and leg and she has helped me cut my pain in half! I can't say enough good things about Samantha!!! It's also worth mentioning that she's an amazing listener and has great advice, at the same time intuitively knows when I need to zen out and have peace. Ps. She does energy work! That extra reiki at the end is what I look forward too! As a reiki level 2 I can honestly say she has healing hands!!!! Get ready to meet an amazing women and truly a master at massage and energy work!!! read more

When I was in Long Beach last weekend, I missed my usual acupuncture appointment and my neck and shoulders were killing me. My husband kindly treated me to a massage, and I was lucky to snag an appointment with Sam. She's a sweet and friendly person, and inquired about my pain so that she can focus on the target areas. For an hour, I was carted away to a world free of muscle pain and tension, as she meticulously worked on untying my knots created by computer work, stress, driving, housework, and the other perils of modern life. After the blissful session, my neck and shoulders felt looser, freer, as if they were brand-new. Sam is a truly talented healer. I wish she were up in the Bay Area, but I will be sure to see her on my next trips down south. read more

Samantha is extraordinary! She is professional, charming, intuitive, and skilled at working out all of your aches and pains and making you feel better. I went in with pain all over my body and a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I left feeling much better and more relaxed than I have been in a very long time. My experience today is beyond comparison. read more

I went to Mindful Massage a few weeks back after I requested a gift certificate from my Mom. It was hands down the most relaxing massage I've experienced. I had a 90 minute massage followed by chakra balancing which was truly healing for this postpartum mama. I traveled down to Long Beach with my husband for a work conference. The plane ride, the hotel bed on top of a back surgery I recently had had my neck and shoulders kind of a mess. I've been very hesitant to get a massage because of my recent surgery, but read the reviews about Samantha and just felt that she could help. So I gave her a call and explained to her about my back surgery and that I was apprehensive about massage. She really took the time to listen and said we could work on my neck/shoulders only. She also suggested that I could lie on my side for the massage since I am still not able to lie on my back, or belly for that matter, for long periods of time. But it was when she said she could doing some healing energy work on my back that sealed the deal. I was a yoga instructor before my surgery and do a lot of healing work with crystals so I just knew that she would get it. And I was right! It was one of the best massages I've ever had and I've had a lot! Samantha was so sweet and caring. That really came through during the massage! After the massage, she gifted me with a lotion with essential oils for nerve and back pain. I'm a huge lover of essential oils so that was the best gift! The universe is amazing when it brings you to the right people and/or experiences. I can't wait until my husband's next business trip so I can get another awesome massage! read more

Samantha is by far the most amazing therapist. She is able to easily target and ease aches, and is able to adjust to your needs every time. She's the absolute best! read more

So many good things to say! I've had a massage by Samantha, and she focused on myofascial release for a calf injury. It was very soothing and helped relieve the pain in my leg. What truly made an impact that I will forever be grateful for is that she gave the gift of massage to my 102-year-old grandmother and my hard-working mother who tirelessly takes care of her 24/7. (She offers hand-crafted gift certificates!) She tailored a beautifully personalized massage experience for my grandmother, who recently suffered a stroke and has diminished significantly in her capacities. Considering the limited ways in which my grandma can now enjoy life, I know Samantha's gentle massage gave her an opportunity for enjoyment that meant a lot to her, to my mother, and to me. Truly a mindful practice! Samantha has definitely earned my trust and loyalty! :) read more

Yesterday I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Samantha at Mindful Massage. She gives the most amazing massage, because she is able to provide both a powerful yet gentle massage at the same time. I have been a member of Massage Envy for years and her massage far surpasses anything I have every experienced at Massage Envy. There is a grace in the way she conducts her massage as she glides through each movement with ease. She also seems to be very attuned to who she is working with because on 2 occasions she intuitively knew where I was holding tension without me even telling her. Her style not only have a zen vibe to it, but also a high level of expertise in kinesiology or physiotherapy which was pretty impressive. The office atmosphere was also very warm, relaxing and inviting with an array of calming and refreshing scents. I would definitely return to receive a massage from her again and would highly recommend her to others. read more

I have been Samantha's client and have enjoyed her mindful massages for more than six years! After my first massage I was hooked as it was the most amazing massage experience I have ever had! A few years ago my New Year's resolution was to visit Samantha once a month for a mindful massage to curb the physical effects of stress on my body, and help calm my busy mind. I can honestly say I cannot imagine what physical and mental condition I'd be in without consistent treatment from Samantha's healing hands. I highly recommend a mindful massage for your massage needs; whether it be for a soothing, relaxation massage or to help with pains from head to toe, or general stress management- Samantha will put your body and mind at ease! read more
