I've been getting massages for over 20 years, so when I say Marisol at Sol Wellness is one of the best I've ever experienced, I mean it with my whole heart. She has helped me in ways I didn't expect, and I'll be the first to say working on my shoulders and upper back is no easy feat. But her work with deep tissue, assisted stretching, cupping, and scraping has truly made a world of difference. What makes her truly special isn't just her technique although her pressure and skill are incredible, it's that she genuinely listens and customizes every single session to what you need. You never feel like just another appointment on her schedule. She truly creates an environment that makes you feel like she has been waiting for you all day, like so warm and heartfelt. You will leave feeling taken care of, and seen. The vibe at Sol Wellness matches the quality of the work: professional, warm, and welcoming. Marisol will meet you exactly where you are. I can't recommend her enough. read more

I first stumbled upon Marisol at massage clinic that my best friend and I frequented. One day we happened to have back-to-back appointments and I got a text from my friend telling me she just had the best massage ever. After my massage, I texted my friend back and said I also had the best massage ever - and lo and behold, we discovered we both had Marisol! I've followed her ever since, at first to her in-home space and now at her beautiful location in HB. After every session I literally tell Marisol that she is an angel from heaven...Girl. Knows. How. To. Heal She has always tailored my massages to my specific needs in the moment; she definitely speaks the language of the body and my body responds in the best way every time!! You will feel safe, taken care of, and leave a better and more aligned version of yourself than when you came in. I highly recommend the 90-minute, especially if you are an athlete, pretty active, or deal with chronic tension. If you're looking to treat yourself (or a loved one), do yourself a solid and book with Marisol! read more

I heard about Marisol through a friend, and I'm so glad I did. I truly can't thank her enough for helping me. I've had difficult experiences with massage therapists in the past, leaving sessions in pain or feeling uncomfortable, but that completely changed with her. Marisol is incredible at what she does. Every session feels like a full reset for my body. I've had bad kinks in my neck/back that she has helped and given me so much relief! She has an amazing touch, is highly skilled, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I'm so grateful I found her. She's officially my go to! read more

I met Marisol last year and have been seeing her for massages about once a month ever since. She is truly amazing. I've gone to her when I've felt stressed, overwhelmed, and even when I've carried physical pain from emotional tension...anger, sadness, you name it. Every single time, I leave my session feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better. She truly has blessed hands. From the moment you walk into your appointment, she greets you with a warm smile and you instantly feel her calming, safe energy. I was first introduced to Marisol when she was offering her services from her home. Her space was warm, peaceful, and inviting , and she has beautifully carried that same warmth and calming atmosphere into her new location. At my most recent visit, I booked a 90-minute full body massage and decided to add hot stones for the first time because, why not? "Treat yourself" hahaha...Honestly, it was the best massage I've ever had. I was so relaxed afterward that I wished I could have stayed and taken a nap right there. If you're looking for someone who creates a safe, healing, and deeply relaxing experience, Marisol is it. I can't recommend her enough. read more

The first service I got from Marisol was a prenatal massage at about 7 months pregnant. It was a very relaxing and gentle massage and just what I needed for my aching hips and lower back. I trusted her and felt safe in her care. Most recently, I injured my neck and back and it would just not heal as quickly as it normally would after a sprain or over exertion. So I had cupping and she also worked out the stubborn knot that was living rent free in my neck and back for over a week. I immediately felt relief and will absolutely not wait as long as I did before reaching out to her the next time this happens. I also plan to treat myself to a massage with her often. Highly recommend!! read more

Tried an active cupping and scraping massage with Sol Wellness for the first time and it did not disappoint! Marisol completely unlocked a new level of openness and access to the muscles around my shoulder and traps area which is my biggest concern. The way I felt the tension dissipate was miraculous. I'm already planning to go back next month for my birthday and have been recommending her to everyone! Thank you for everything you do and taking such good care of your people. read more

Today I treated myself (early birthday treat) to a full body massage with Marisol. She truly made me feel comfortable & was able to work out all the pain I've been experiencing in my left shoulder. She also introduced me to sound bath, and explained the ways it can help heal our bodies. She awakened something in my soul, to the point where she brought me to tears, good tears! I'm so thankful for today's visit, my only regret is not visiting her sooner! I highly recommend Marisol, her hands are like magic, and she knows so much about healing the body. Thank you so much for this afternoon!!! An amazing experience, something I won't ever forget! read more

Let's start by saying not all heroes wear capes! Earlier this year I experienced the worst sciatic pain. When I heard of Sol Wellness I didn't think about it twice and booked a sports therapy cupping session and it has been one of the best decision Ive ever made! Marisol made such a positive impact on my well being and I am forever grateful for that. I can't keep her a secret - everyone needs a Marisol At first I was a bit anxious because my lower back was extremely sensitive to all sorts of movements and also because it was my first massage, but Marisol transmits so much good energy and is so welcoming that my anxiety went away in seconds. I walked out of Sol Wellness so relieved - I left with little to no pain. Not to be extra but she brought me back to life lol Marisol is extremely knowledgeable and is good at what she does. I liked how at the end of the session she showed me and suggested some stretches I should do to treat my sciatica. Don't think about it and just book your appointment. I promise you won't regret it and your body will thank you! read more

Went to Marisol after getting recommendation from a friend of mine. Now I highly recommend Marisol to everyone. I hurt my back at work. All my employee health Doc gave me to help my pain were narcotics. Flexerol. Sorry, I am not up to being a Zombie. So, This massage, all though soothing, is more therapeutic. I need to be healed! Marisol has the most angry elbows I have ever encountered! She goes right to the scorce of my pain. And really goes to work! Sometimes scraping, some cupping, but those elbows! You will make some weird noises, maybe even cry, but the next day will all be worth it! I am an inch taller! I can actually stand up strait! But the pain has gone down significantly. I feel so much better! Professional, knowledgeable, and knows what she is doing! She has improved my quality of life so much! Thank you Marisol! read more

Marisol is an angel from heaven sent to fix my aches and pains. We laugh, I cry sometimes, but I leave feeling so much better. I'm not going to lie, when you are facedown on the table and you hear the boxes opening or the freezer door, you know an extra something special (read: painful) is coming but it's all for the greater good. I hear her voice in my head saying "chicken neck" and "unclench your butt" all day long (I stand all day at work as a nurse, and I literally just unclenched my cheeks). 10/10 recommend this woman with the magic hands (and elbows.....and scrapers....) p.s. ask for a sound bath, it will open your heart. read more
