What makes matters worse is that it took me nearly 6 months to get a response from their employees to tell me that that location was closed. My experience with them has been completely and utterly awful. I've asked for a refund of 3 of my sessions, since their nearest location is two hours away, and as you could already guess, they have ghosted me.

Besides being a jerk that has poor bedside manner and avoids seeing his patients after deposits and payments are made, he is a terrible surgeon. The specialist who removed the extensive scarring from my wife's breast said he does many revisions on patients that have work done by Dr. Newen. To have capsular contracture to both breast to this extent, demonstrates poor sterile surgical technique. Go to a real plastic surgeon that knows what he or she is doing. The location was inside a medical building, but it didn't feel like a med spa. When my treatment finally started, 15 minutes late with no apology. I realized right away that the machine wasn't CoolSculpting at all, but a much lower-grade device. The entire session was just a quick measurement, 40 minutes on the machine, and a brief 30-second massage. She even offered it for $200 cash instead of Groupon, which seemed like a good deal at first. But honestly, this felt like false advertising. It was promoted as CoolSculpting, but it clearly wasn't, and I wish she had been upfront about that. Overall, I left pretty disappointed.
