Today, I tried to book a prenatal massage through the app. I selected an available slot, but it said that it was already taken. I confirmed the booking, but when I got to my appointment, I was pulled aside by the manager. The manager told me that they had double-booked and that it was an error. She said that the only solution was to see if they could squeeze me in at a later time. However, they didn't know or asked if I had other plans (which I did) and plus my time was limited since I had a babysitter watching my toddler. This is unacceptable. I explained to the manager that I had no luck booking anything and that I had already accrued multiple sessions that I couldn't use. In addition, it's very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone. I told her that it was frustrating and unacceptable and they should have at least called me so I wouldn't of driven all the way there, especially since I was pregnant. If you can save your time and money, please do so. This chain focuses on making money, not on treating customers. The manager also said that they wouldn't refund my membership if I canceled it. This is a way to steal customers' money and time. It's very unfortunate that this is how they treat customers. They don't understand that it's our time and money, not theirs. This is definitely a rip-off chain.
