I found Scott after I had a car accident and I needed more focused work on my shoulder and neck. Scott has been so instrumental in my recovery journey to help reduce pain and gain back some of my range of motion. He also uses electric therapy to help stimulate muscle groups as well as cupping and scraping. It is the most effective massage for my specific pain and rehabilitation. He also teaches some exercises at the end of the session to help with pain relief. At first, I was shocked a bit by the prices but there are packages that help to reduce the cost. I have already gotten gift certificates for my mom and my sister. Make sure to wear exercise clothes. It's not a typical massage where you get undressed but it's more of a physical therapy massage that requires a lot of movement and participation. Thank you Scott for your help and look forward to continuing our sessions!

What makes it even more confusing is that the business advertises that walk-ins are welcome. If scheduled appointments are being overbooked or canceled because staff are unavailable, I'm not sure how walk-in availability is being accommodated.

I purchased the membership in September 2025, but I haven't been able to book anything through the app since then. Today, I tried to book a prenatal massage through the app. I selected an available slot, but it said that it was already taken. I thought it was probably an error on the app again, so I decided to book directly to the webpage, which still had the appointment available. I confirmed the booking, but when I got to my appointment, I was pulled aside by the manager. The manager told me that they had double-booked and that it was an error. She said that the only solution was to see if they could squeeze me in at a later time. However, they didn't know or asked if I had other plans (which I did) and plus my time was limited since I had a babysitter watching my toddler. This is unacceptable. I explained to the manager that I had no luck booking anything and that I had already accrued multiple sessions that I couldn't use. In addition, it's very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone. I told her that it was frustrating and unacceptable and they should have at least called me so I wouldn't of driven all the way there, especially since I was pregnant. If you can save your time and money, please do so. This chain focuses on making money, not on treating customers. The manager also said that they wouldn't refund my membership if I canceled it. This is a way to steal customers' money and time. It's very unfortunate that this is how they treat customers. They don't understand that it's our time and money, not theirs. This is definitely a rip-off chain.
