I walked in just after 1pm on July 3rd and the girl at the desk wanted me to come back in an hour because she had 2 people scheduled for 1:30pm. (They didn't show until after 2pm fyi. I could hear them walk in as there are no doors only drapes closing off the rooms.) She made a couple calls and boss lady didn't answer. She managed to have one of the guys in back (who might have been on break) come to massage me. & I'm not usually one for male masseuses because of something that happened to me at another place in Westminster. But I was in much need of neck relief I just went with it. Leon is definitely now my favorite! He is intuitive to feeling where tension and knots are, and checked in with how the pressure was a couple times. Also bonus points to Leon for shushing a dude who loudly spoke after his massage that he put his shirt on backwards and would fix it when he got to the gym. Booked a head of time and easily reserved a room with two tables. We both received full body massages. First we undressed and wrapped ourselves in our towels. Then got face down on the table. The table was covered with a liner. I like strong hands with heavy, even pressure versus a boney elbow in my back. That's exactly the type of massage I received. For the price paid, I think I got substantially more as far as quality of service. I've had masseuses in a room hold conversations and get distracted from the massage, but that did not occur here. Intermissions to get hot stones were quick and the masseur checked on me several times to make sure I was okay with the temperature and the amount of pressure applied. Overall, no complaints here. TIP: For a good experience, I would suggest for anyone receiving a massage to voice up and say something if you want more or to lighten the pressure. When you pay for a service, say something. Don't wait until after a disappointing hour to later complain. Take the 30-90 minutes you've paid for and make the most of it. read more

So I did not know what to think of this place when we went but ended up loving it. There's three masseuse that work there. IMHO I believe it's owner -She is the best. There's a gentleman who also works there. He's super strong and can really work out knots. I had a frozen shoulder. He worked it to the point it felt so much better afterwards. There's also the third female masseuse. My husband says she's got fingers like diamonds and can really do a great job but I had a hard time expressing my wants for the massage. I'm not sure she understood what I was saying. But the price is right and the massages are excellent. The beds are private and clean. There's water afterwards and they almost always have time to squeeze you in last minute. And they're have returning client card discount. Definitely recommend it. read more

We got the Combo, $50.00 for 60 minutes. Well worth the $50.00. It has been a minute since either one of us got a massage and we both were very satisfied. We only removed our shirts and were covered by a towel. The oils that they used were very soft in scent and there was not a think film left over. Pressure was pretty decent for my first massage here but next time will ask to increase it. Decent full body massage for $50/60 minutes. I have been coming to this massage place for quite some years now - I would say perhaps 5 or so? Cindy is the nicest manager/owner and always greets you with a smile. I obviously keep coming here because I love the service, and the massages are absolutely amazing. I always get the 1 1/2 hr. massage because I enjoy them so much and they are so relieving after a hard days work - especially when you parts of your body are aching, as they take all the knots out. I have even been so relaxed that sometimes after being in so much pain before the massage, I have realized that I have drifted off to sleep drooling! I usually go to the Viking location. I've been here twice before. The reason I like this location is because you get your own room and it's closer to my home. I don't expect a fantastic massage from these "affordable" massage businesses.. I mean, you get what you pay for and you're paying basically for a rub down (no I'm not talking about 'that' kind of rub down) but more like a relaxing "squeezing" and "pressing". With that said I will NOT be coming to this location anymore. Here's what happened... I was done with my "ok" massage but feeling relaxed and cozy so it's all good. I go to pay (cash) and pay for the tip. The lady said "you need tip". I said that I didn't need change, the rest of the money was for her... And she held the money in her hand, showed it to me she said "tip"... That's when I realized that she wasn't satisfied with what I gave her. So I asked "you mean you want more money?" she said "yes more tip" . I gave her anther $5 and I could tell she wasn't completely happy with it but was going to let it go. Here's the thing, I don't mind tipping...yes the prices are low...buuuut that doesn't mean you can demand more money because the massage is cheap. Tipping is completely up to the customer. I've had the same issue happen to me at the nail salons. There's no actual law or bill or policy that indicates that you have to tip a certain amount or percentage. Yes there's the general percentage you 'should' tip but that's only a "suggest" amount. Needless to say, I went from being completely relaxed to being confused and bothered. read more

Very clean place. Bathroom was spotless and the whole place looked and felt clean. This place is literally less than 5 mins from my house. Woke up with a stiff neck and needed a massage. So drove myself on Saturday around 1pm, they were booked till 3:30, but I needed something ASAP. So the lady in the front was able to find me a 30 min massage with Andy. He knew exactly what to do. I walked away being able to turn my neck without a lot of pain. 30 mins of course was not enough, so I booked 90 min for the next day with Andy. Andy did a great job (full body massage)! Absolutely by far one of the best foot massage places out there. I always passed by this spot when I went to CSULB but didn't realize it was a massage place because the name is misleading. They have individual rooms for foot massage. You'll have privacy which I find nice instead of everyone being clumped in one area where you can hear everything. It was $30 for one hour and totally worth the drive for me. The staff was friendly and cordial. Totally wished I got the name of my masseuse, he was great and I almost fell asleep! read more

I truly love coming to this place for a 90 minute Massage. The manager is a sweetheart who remembers me and calls me by name. I have received great massages here and the place is always clean along with the Masseuse's being nice and welcoming with a smile. My only gripe is that I prefer a masseur ( male) to Massage me as I prefer a firm sports Massage and for some reason the good ones only stay for a few weeks or months and move on to other places. I'm hoping they keep the good male masseurs so that I can continue enjoying a great massage !!! Massage is great for Runners and people who do cross fit!!! So I've had experience with a few different spas for massages in the back. It blew me away how bad this place really is. The people seem untrained and half the hour you pay for is them preparing. They give no direction on what to do when they put you inside the room. The massage therapist did not know what she was doing. I wasn't satisfied with the massage at all, I don't know how this place stays open. SO, what blew me away is that I only gave a 6 dollar tip on the 50$ bill because neither myself or my wife were happy with what we paid service. She watched what I put down for a tip and said "that's only for one person right? " How incredibly rude. I was blown away when she asked me that and changed the tip back to zero. An affordable place to get a massage. I've been here a handful of times already, and each visit I've had was good. Except for this last visit. The massage beds are semi-private, which I don't really mind either way. It's partitioned with walls and a curtain, so with the amount that you pay for plus this level of privacy is pretty worth it. The quality of the massages are good enough. Doesn't really go beyond my expectations, but it's relaxing enough to where I can almost fall asleep, so that's something. On this last visit, everything was great up until I handed them my rewards stamp card. The person stamping my card claimed that the stamp/initials on said card was not theirs. I shrugged and shook my head and said "You guys are the only ones who stamp and sign that." She even picked up her stamp, compared it to what was on mine (which was exactly the same by the way). Instead of giving me another stamp, she initialed over a stamped slot without even having any discussion with me. Her actions basically said I was lying, and that I wasn't a loyal customer, so I'll just prove them right and never go back. read more

Rivini was wonderful. 70 minute body, head and feet massage for $35 was a great investment. Their room decor is Zen, with a Himalayan Salt lamps, and interesting music. My body was so tense, I was blessed with a great massage. Shutting my eyes and mind, kept me focus on just feeling. My shoulders, and back were tensed. I felt and heard the knots on my bones popping. They sounded like IPhone keyboards on non silent. My lower back received a massage as well, and that part stung. The lower back had an interesting type of tensed muscle, that I did not know of. As she massaged that area, I felt my muscles separating from their knots. My feet were placed in warm water, and were gently massaged. Hoping to go back soon. read more
