I've come here at least 10 times in the last 6 months it is well worth the price and quality. It is an affordable and inviting space. The service here is great for what you pay. I've only had one experience where the person helping me was much too hard and my back hurt for a few days after--since then I have been far more vocal about my needs and problem areas. I had the best massage today from a woman (I typically go with whoever is available--no preference) she targeted my problem areas and put me right to sleep I feel like a new person. Tried this place a few days ago with my cousin and let me just say it was definitely worth it! The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. Saw them walk out with a few customers to say thank you. Establishment is clean and had plenty of tables and chairs for the services. My therapist John was amazing and knew how to get the knots out of my back. When it was time for me to turn onto my back, he was very courteous and respectful as he stepped out of the room til I was done. Hard to find really good massage businesses these days. I've been to quite a few places where they take you right in and they keep having to stop when a customer walked in, I was asked if I minded waiting 20 minutes because she didn't want to stop every time someone walked in. I have visited here about 4 or 5 times befor Covid19 and after 3 of the visits were in 2021 from May july and August in May I had masseuse M and she was great, she knew where the knotts were and which area I need attention without me telling her I had muscleach on my both leg and tigh Went to 3 different massage place around La Mirada but did not resolve my problem and spent nearly $200 and I went to Ping Massage in May and this masseuse M took care of my muscleach and I went back on July to see her again but I forgot her name and happened to have massage from differrent person and yesterday on August 7th I remembered her name and called for 11:30 am appointment for an hour combo massage I took the bus from home to Ping Massage and was planning to take bus back home which was scheduled for 12:35 I checked clock time to time during the session so I can catch the bus on time I have bad vision I couldn't see the clock without my glasses but when my one hour session ended I thought I saw minutes clock on wall at 5 So I thought she only gave me 35 minutes session but I did not bother to complaint because I felt refreshed and new from head to toe I got dressed and wear my glasses and I looked at the clock and time was 1:05 not 12:05 ahe worked extra 30 minutes to take care of all the knotts on my body I missed 12:35 bus but it's ok I felt I could run to my home thank you read more

The lady who greeted me told me to wait 40 mins as they were busy and placed me in a room. 40 mins later a older gentleman came in and said lady are you ready? They recently opened this place by my house and I figured I would give it a try. Walking in the place seemed nice, clean, quiet, private and spacious. They have a waiting room separate from the actual massage area so that for me is plus you don't want to walk in somewhere your trying to relax and you can hear all the noise and people walking in and out. The first time there I got Ping and I have say she is the best in making you feel comfortable and is extremely humble and nice . She massages out any areas you have pain or concerns in. she's done full body and foot massage with hot stones added and needless to say I've always walked out completely satisfied. I should've seen the "let me charge you up front" policy as a HUGE red flag... but it was my first time there and I like to give me the benefit of the doubt to any new massage or place of business I transact with. We proceeded to the massage which was decent. However, on my way out, I was offered water and then grabbed by the arm and pulled to the side to be asked to TIP. Please understand, I know that service based workers today survive off tips. I am not greedy when it comes to gratuity for a job well done. But when the massage therapist asked me to pay up front, I told her, if I pay now, I am not tipping. 1. She proceeded to ask me to pay again in her own broken English. Language barriers are not my problem. 2. If I am GRABBED as if I am a child, you better believe, I will react. 3. When I told the second lady what my massage therapist did, she didn't apologize for the situation or anything. I even went as far as telling her, I warned the massage therapist I had no cash to tip later. She proceeded to offer the card option again. I said no, I am not paying another $1.00 service fee. She offered to waive the fee. I said, that's rich, how convenient that NOW you can waive the service fee. Needless to say, (again) a customer should not suffer due to employee language barriers.
