I have visited this massage place many times and, in the past, I've generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, my experience last night was very disappointing. This is the second time I have been assigned the bald/shaved-headed male massage therapist, and he did not provide an actual massage. Instead of working on muscle tension or applying proper massage techniques, he mostly rubbed lotion on me and lightly ran his hands across and patted my head. I left feeling like I had not received the massage service I paid for. To make matters worse, after the session my husband gave his massage therapist a $10 tip. The woman at the took the tip and immediately said, "$10 is not for 90 minutes, $15 is. $10 is not good enough. This is very bad." Her comments were rude, unprofessional, and made us feel uncomfortable. A tip is voluntary and should never be demanded or criticized. I let the lady at the front desk know and she offered me a $5 credit on a future visit, however after this I do not see us returning. We have been a repeat customer for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
