Very clean establishment. my masseuse was very thorough and always asked how I was doing.

Lily is the best! I've been having a lot of upper back and right shoulder pain and after the 60 min upper back massage with Lily I feel like a new woman. The prices here are reasonable and the massage rooms are nice and clean. The owner was really fast in replying to my inquiry and was really nice as well. (They do offer lymphatic massages! It's just not listed on their menu but it's $90 for an hour). I'll definitely be back for either the same upper back one or to test out the lymphatic massage next! I think they also had a 20% tip minimum but honestly I didn't mind at all because the massage was SO good I would've tipped that much regardless. They do have street parking in front and it's a bit further from the busy areas of uptown Whittier so it's not hard to find a spot. read more

The first time I went to this place, I had a great experience, which is why I decided to come back a second time. Unfortunately, during my second visit, the masseuse I had the first time was not there, and it seemed like they were understaffed. My masseuse kept stopping in the middle of the massage to handle deliveries and answer phone calls. At one point, she was talking on her cellphone with one hand while massaging me with the other for several minutes. She apologized and said the call was important, but it completely disrupted the experience. The music also kept looping at the same spot throughout the session. Overall, it was not relaxing, and to make matters worse, she then demanded a 20% tip. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this place. read more

Avoid "violet massage" like the plague. Walked in hoping for a decent massage, walked out feeling like I'd been tenderized by an angry gorilla with acrylic nails. The "therapist" spent 45 of the 60 minutes rubbing the same three inches of my shoulder with what I can only describe as the enthusiasm of someone scrolling TikTok on 0.25x speed. The table was still damp The sheet was the size of a hand towel, and every time I moved it made a noise like Velcro being ripped off a cat. Ambient music none. When I politely mentioned my lower back was still screaming, she responded with "Oh you want deep tissue? Left with new knots, and the lingering feeling that I now owe someone a favor I don't want to collect due to them demanding a higher tip when paying. Zero stars would still be too kind. The massage was good. The reason for the 1 star is because they lied. I called and asked if they had a male " masseur " and she said " yes, available now " I asked if I could get there in 10 mins and she said yes. When I arrived she asked if I had just called about the male and I said yes. She charges me, put in the room and a lady walks in. I complain and she says " male busy, why you don't want woman? ". Anywho, I felt bad for the lady so I got the massage. Lesson is if you prefer a specific " person " I would ask to see who's giving the massage before paying. read more

This place is a hidden gem. I am so excited I found this place!!! I have come a few times so far and every experience has been wonderful. I have a lot of shoulder/neck pain which causes headaches..... they knew every pressure point and how to fix it. You don't leave feeling like you were battling between masseuse and muscles. She is gentle yet extremely strong where it needs to be. What impressed me the most was she even stretched me!!! My pain has been majorly reduced with her massages and cupping combo. After seeing the recent reviews left by Ruben B. and Rachel C., I felt compelled to leave a review of this establishment as well. It seems that their expectations were not met. Surprising I did not see any evidence that either patrons had experienced previous massage establishments. I normally do not leave reviews unless I see an injustice being committed. I found this establishment to be clean and accommodating. The massage was relaxing and I was asked many times "how are you doing?". The massage therapist was very polite and professional. The final comments by Ruben are just mean, uncalled for and just plain rude. The gorilla comment is also mean and very disrespectful and hurtful. Thus business is providing a service. If Rachel is such a germaphobe, perhaps she should invest in a massage chair and stop visiting an establishment that provides contact with other people. Yelp is an open platform to review businesses and your experience received. If you want to be taken serious then you should be respectful and not rude. read more
