This place used to be where you don't have to take your clothes off and they changed it. The person I was with didn't feel comfortable, taking off their undergarment and instead of saying that's OK they said." Well help you take it off " and proceeded to help! You need to be aware of helping customers feel comfortable and giving them the option of not taking off their undergarment. massage was ok, it was a general massage not focusing on what is ailing you. they didn't ask what your areas of pain might be. There is a definite cultural expectation to tip as part of the cost, they just don't call it their cost. Basically the low cost brings you in and then the mandatory tip is asked before you leave. The tip is even requested by a specific amount. I don't mind leaving a tip but the full cost of a massage should be fully disclosed up front. read more

I did the groupon massage, and now I see why it was so low. That was the worst massage I've ever had. It had its moments, but it seemed like a joke to me. Majority of my full body massage, only my neck and head and face were being rubbed. The only massage i was getting was her elbows going up and down my body but that wasn't really doing anything. My foot massage was just her punching my feet, no actual massaging. I had an appointment and they had been texting me all day to come later.
