Terrible service. This may be my first bad review but the customer service here may be the worst I've experienced. I walk in, they ask if I live the area, then tell me it will be a 15-20 minute wait. After I commit to the wait, after 10 minutes she says it will be 30 minutes but "the man may not show up so please wait." I waited. After waiting 38 minutes, they tell me, they are going to end with the person before me too late and too close to closing so they can't see me after all. Sorry for making me wait. What!!! I went in for a foot massage, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The person who worked on me was clearly inexperienced, and communication was very difficult. Even though I specifically requested a foot massage, she massaged my head and body too. It was obvious she had no proper training -- I've had many massages before, and this one was painful and completely uncomfortable. I repeatedly told her she was applying too much pressure, but she didn't seem to know how to adjust. At a certain point she hurt me so much I had to move so she would remove her hands from me. Now, the next day, I'm still in pain, especially around my temples where she applied excessive force, and I'm genuinely worried about possible injury. I'm very disappointed and concerned that this establishment is allowing individuals with little to no training to perform massages. read more

Two of the best massages I have ever had were here with Lisa and Kelly. Both times I came it was last minute and they were able to fit me in no problem. The pricing is very fair, but be sure to tip generously, these women work incredibly hard and are so skilled. When I come, I get the body massage and ask them to focus on my neck, shoulders, and back. They will get all those knots and then some. Came here with my girlfriends, all 3 of us asked for a 90 min deep tissue massage & can I say heavenly! I felt those knots dissolve away. Very close to the Thai massages I'm use too. Was just sore the next day and I felt much more loose & relaxed. It's hard to find a great parlor which does true deep tissues. Staff listened to our requests we will definitely be coming back. Zen Massage is one of the best spots in town. Prices are great and the staff is awesome. Very relaxing environment and very intensive to your needs. Hot stones are a must. Now I've been going there for some time now and probably have had every masseuse and never had a bad massage... And yes, I do have my favorite but I'm not going to tell you her name (my Lotus flower) ... Don't want her to get over booked and I can't get in when I want a massage... but all the masseuse are all great there. read more

I had a terrible experience. It was my first time here too!! I was so looking forward to the massage! My neck was so stiff & I had so much anxiety today. The place was so close to my house too which was awesome! I was hoping it would be my new massage place. I got there and they said it was really busy. So I waited 20 minutes to get my massage. The first massage from the male massage therapist was so bad. His hands were EXTREMELY rough & he was breathing way too hard the entire time. I tried so hard to relax but I just couldn't ! I was just so uncomfortable. I asked him if I could get a woman massage therapist. He finished my foot massage with a bad attitude and he put me in another room to get a massage by a woman. She RUSHED it the entire time. It was not relaxing WHATSOEVER. It was completely rushed and in no way relaxing. I actually think I left more anxious and with more tension than when I came in ! At the end I spoke to the owner about my concerns and she understood what I was saying because she was nodding her head in understanding and at the end she just said "ok, do you want to leave a tip for the lady?" I said "did you just not hear what I just said?" She just completely ignored my concerns & didn't care. Then she started to act like she didn't speak any English ! LOL. She was talking to me the ENTIRE TIME in good English and then pretended she didn't speak good English when I came with her with concerns. So rude and mean and unprofessional ! I kept telling her I know she understands me & it's not nice she's pretending to not understand me. I told her it's fine I will just write a review. So, here we are! Okay... ssooo I went to this spot and girl in the front told me they had someone that could give me a massage. So I walked in, and get all comfortable on the massage table/bed and feet in water and then I'm told "it'll be 10 minutes." I'm like okay I'll relax and enjoy the quietness. NOPE! These women working there had their children running around and being loud. I'm like umm I'm here paying for quietness and all I hear is a damn day care! ‍ it's like really! So it was so loud that I even had to say "it's really loud in here.. hint hint" so they finally took the kids to the back or something, but I could still hear them. The massage was good so one star except for the screaming children. They need to change their name from Zen Massage to Daycare Massage. read more

Came here for a massage with my husband for Valentine's Day, and we were both pleasantly surprised. First of all, it was clean & quiet, with relaxing music playing. We didn't have to wait, we were shown to a room immediately after paying. The prices were great. We got the 60 minute body massage with hot rocks for $40. The ladies who took care of us were very polite, and were excellent at their trade. We both enjoy a strong massage, and these ladies did not disappoint. I was shocked at how strong they were, being so small in stature. After we left, we both decided it was a far better massage than at the more expensive places, because they weren't afraid to apply some pressure. Omg! This place is awesome. It's clean and very reasonably priced. They let you choose the scent for your massage (aroma therapy) and the staff is very professional. I always get my massage from the male masseuse because he's strong enough to crack my back and he goes to town on my knotted back & shoulders. A great no frills place to get your knots worked on without costing an arm and a leg. I came in a couple of weeks ago because I was desperate for someone to break up the tightness in my neck that was giving me a horrible tension headache. The lady that helped me was very responsive to my needs. She found areas of tightness that I didn't even know I had. This week I went again and got a different lady and she was also wonderful. Their styles were different but both worked very hard to address my problems. This is a legit massage place. So far the people I've met have all been very nice and hard working. read more
