Short version: 4.3 stars but I rounded up. If you want a peaceful foot massage place, def try them out. LULU did a nice job on my feet/ for the $40/ cash price hour, tipped $20: you pay first. Btw- so many newbie foot massage reviews don't grasp TIPPING is culturally expected- and not anything less than $15...Eastern massage is priced lower because it's done regularly as preventative body health rather than Western massage Of once in a blue Moon on a birthday, spa vacation, vibes. Longer version: In the past, I got foot massages very often but stopped and all the old local places I would visit had recent bad reviews or pricing that was way above market when I called in. it's birthday month so I wanted to get back into it and find a new go to Place. I called the number- asked pricing and availability and was in a chair within 25 min Environment was dark and peaceful- only thing I would change is it felt a bit hot inside at first BUT that changed once I acclimated.- not a lot of chatter which I Appreciated. seemed most workers were Women which I appreciated as a lot times as a plus size female, Places to tend to give me male workers that are too rough...they start off doing face, arms and back while you soak...i think they offer some back at the end but I declined, I prefer more feet focus. I will def try a body massage in the future. read more

It's been a long time since I've been here. The prices have gone up, but it is still worth it. Pay cash for a slight discount. Tell them how you want your massage and they will oblige. I had Nancy today and I asked for hard and I got it hard. The care quality was there as well as she asked me a few times during if I was ok. I also heard Lucy ask the bf if he was fine Full body massage for $50. You can tip them after No one made a big deal about it she read more

Currently I'm 9month pregnant. I desperately needed a massage and found this place by searching from yelp. Honestly. I was so impressed by their service and their quality of the care of their staffs. Also I'm in love with their set up as well. Quite aesthetic and relaxing. I'll go back there again probably next week! read more

I was so bummed with my services this past weekend. Since my initial review in 2019 I have visited this establishment maybe five times. Each time the experience was slightly less than the first time. But my last visit 10/18/2025, I opted for the 30min foot and 40min body massage. Well this was not the experience I had hoped I would have. The person doing my massage was definitely not trained or certified in massage. Yes I am aware "yes get what you pay for" but she was on her phone about 75% of the time. I was frustrated by the end and just wanted to leave. read more

Good experience-I got the 30min foot and 40min body comb. The body massage was amazing, it wasn't pokey and hurting. One of the best body massages for me because she hit good points and rolled my body. The foot massage was good too, could have been better if she massaged the middle more but overall-No complaints. I did tip on card afterwards. read more

I just had the best massage with Carrie. I went somewhere else right before and the experience was horrible so I went on yelp and this place popped up and my experience was amazing! I will definitely be back! read more

Relaxing foot massage especially after a long day on your feet. Also have different type of massage packages and prices.

My husband and I stopped by on a Sunday. The massage was one of the best massages we've gotten. The rooms were clean and private. There were no distracting sounds during the massage. The staff was also very nice and waited for us with waters after our massage. Will definitely be back. read more

I came to this spot because if the reviews. Thank you, Lucy, for taking good care of me. I left feeling so relaxed.

Great staff. Good deal. Comfortable and relaxing. Cash is recommended... if you pay with card they charge a fee. read more

I have been to this foot massage business at least a dozen times. The star person in this place is a young respectful and kind lady by the name of "Coco." Her English is limited but she is learning. We communicate with one another through google translate app. She has it in her own phone. You do not need to download load the app. She has very loving hands and can apply firm and consistent force if you need that? If you have a problem area or areas she will focus on your issue. Be it your low back, hands or feet. Everyone appreciates a tip and she has certainly earned the few dollars I tip with. This is a legitimate business and nothing questionable is done here. read more

The ladies did a splendid job! They started on time, didn't cheat me on time, and they were extremely thorough.

Hi I been coming to this place for many years and I absolutely live this place every time relaxed and with my body feeling like new . This place is always very clean and smelling good . All the massus are very polite and well trained at what they do . Also the prices are very affordable, so if you live around the area I'll definitely recommend coming to this place . read more

So the actual massage was decent I guess, I get there and I'm trying to explain to the lady at the front desk what I need and she sushed me 3 times and starts talking about the price and I'm like the price is not the issue I don't mind paying whatever and tipping good if I can get the massage I need, we get 2 ladies and they are talking and laughing I don't understand what they are saying so it's a little uncomfortable, so I sigh really loud and they stop for a bit, the areas I need more time on she spent the least amount of time and the whole time I wasn't relaxed and it was just unfortunate. So we definitely won't be going back, waiting for our usual spot to open up again. read more

Really kind until I wasn't allowed to leave until I left a tip. Legit the owner was blocking the door and the masseuse yelled at me "HEY LADY GIVE ME TIP!" This is ridiculous. I said I don't have cash, implying I'm not going to leave a tip. She said "That's okay honey we have card, give me card, how much money?" I was so tempted to yell back in retaliation towards this ridiculous excuse of "customer service" but instead just to shut them up I said "$5." The boss made it very clear she was disappointed while the masseuse immediately angrily said something about me in Korean. No I don't speak Korean but there's no point in saying something in another language when your tone and dirty look make your intention very clear. Remember honey, tips are PRIVILEGE, tips are a LUXURY, tips are not MANDATORY and you did not need to block the door for me to leave A tip. I treat all my customers the same & still get paid $11 an hour, no tips for me honey. You shouldn't be nice to a customer just because you think they'll leave you "nice tip." You shouldn't mistreat your customers because they don't leave you "nice tip." Not everyone is in a financial situation to be able to leave one and as the "business women" that you claim to be, you understand that every little dollar adds up and not everyone can afford to leave a tip. Stop being so rude and entitled towards a luxury and act like it's mandatory because it's not. read more

I was in the area today and stopped by to get an hour combo massage. Wonderful massage and very quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Great service leave very relaxed after every massage I get her Love it definitely recommend read more

Very nice ladies always in a good mood.. always accessible ... enjoy the music.. good customer service..

I come here on average every two months. What I like about this place is that I get in and get out exactly what I need, which is a good foot massage and back massage as those are the specific areas where I feel tense most of the time. And unlike most other massage places, I don't wake up the next morning feeling like a mochi that has been hit with a mallet (Google it if you are curious about what that looks like, lol). Some advice I'd like to provide are to wear comfortable clothing that are easy to remove and wear shorts, dress, or stretchy sweat pants if you are getting a foot massage so it'd be easier to access your feet and calves. My favorite go to masseuse is Tina because she has just the right amount of strength to work through my knots despite being petite. Thanks, Foot Massage! I'll be back here soon enough. read more

This is my go to massage spot. I go every single week, sometimes twice a week that's how amazing this place is. Carrie is great and her customer service is always on point! My favorite masseuse is Tina, she always gets me right. I always recommend this to my family and friends. Thanks ladies read more

Went there for a combo massage tonight since I developed a tight knot in my neck/shoulder that prevented me from turning my head. Had an AMAZING experience! MASSEUSE: Nancy, who checked in periodically to make sure she was applying the desired amount of pressure (medium, hard). Due to the language barrier, I pointed to where I was hurting, said "HARD" and she got it - she found all the knots in my neck/shoulders & even ones in my lower back that needed to be released and got 'em all out! PRICES: Options & prices are posted in a huge sign right inside the door and reflect what's on their website: https://newlinead.wixsite.com/footmassage (website shows final cash prices that include the $5 discount you'll see on the in-store sign; credit cards payments are $5 extra, consistent with how competitors price services. PAYMENT: Payment is made up front BEFORE the massage here. You'll tip your masseuse directly after your massage as she serves you some water. TIPPING: For a 90min massage, I usually tip $15-$20 directly to my masseuse bc I assume they're getting minimum wage, if that. For comparison, @Massage Envy, a nonmember pays $149 for a 90min massage ($99 for 60min). As long as I leave feeling good with no knots/kinks, I'm happy to tip and I still walk away getting a great deal. Once I get an excellent masseuse, I request that person for return visits. MASSAGE: 90min combo (30min foot+60min body) -- $60 cash price Phase 1 - Foot massage (30 min) I love that this place doesn't have a communal foot-massage-only area with tons of recliners close together. I was directed to one of the rooms (the walls are basically partitions and each room has 2 tables separated by a curtain for privacy). I sat at the edge of a comfortable, well-padded table and soaked my feet in a warm tub and reclined while she massaged each arm from shoulder to fingertips. Although I love a good head/face massage, I was relieved not to have someone hovering over me so close during these COVID times. The arm+hand massage was a welcome replacement and felt amazing. After she went to empty the water, she returned and massaged my feet & lower legs for the duration of the foot massage. Phase 2 - Back massage (60 min) After phase 1 was over, I sat up while Nancy prepared the breathing hole and I disrobed. I laid back down, face in the hole & she covered me up with a sheet & heavy bathtowel. Phase 2.1 - She started off using her hands & base of palms over the towel, massaging in sweeping motions from neck, shoulders, and down the entire back. She then peeled back the covers to apply the oil and started targeting the knots, applying good focal pressure with her forearm & elbow to release the spasms. Then she alternated between focal pressure & massaging with her hands/palms to continue working them out. Phase 2.2 - She applied hot stones and kept them constantly moving from neck to lower back in circular motions with slight pressure-unbelievably amazing! The glorious hot stone phase lasted a while with her good supply of fresh hot stones to trade out as they started to cool. At the end, she brought a warm moist towel and rubbed down my back to remove oil residue before covering me back up with the sheet+towel. Phase 2.3 - She rolled up my shorts and applied oil to the backs of my legs. She massaged my hamstrings, calves, and Achilles. It was nice to get some dedicated attention to these areas! You don't realize you need it or how good it feels until you receive a massage here. Phase 2.4 - Over the heavy towel, she came back to my neck+shoulders, massaging with her hands, then sweeping motions down my back, and finally ending with percussive tapping from my neck down to my legs. PROS: *Great location in an industrial-looking mini mall near PIH *Very easy to find with great signage, multiple entrance/exits on Washington Blvd *Parking is easy in this huge lot with no competition for spots (mini-mall doesn't have many storefronts) *No communal foot massage recliner area - you go right to a room (see details above) CONS: *Noise - someone was working on a lil construction project, periodically drilling the wall - sounded like they were installing shelves *Due to the nature of the partition "walls", you can hear the phone ringing along with chatter and the host/receptionist talking in Chinese *The place is carpeted, though there is little walking to do since you don't have to transfer from a foot massage room to a back massage room. There's a basket for your clothes & belongings at the foot of the table--slip off your flip flops, take 1 step to sit down and start soaking your feet. read more

It takes a lot to happen good or bad in order for me to write a review on a place. If it's one pet peeve I have is someone who charges a service they haven't even provided before hand and to top it off want to include a Tip before it's even performed. I have never had a problem ever tipping everywhere I've gone I always leave something even when the service was horrible but yesterday was beyond the worse. I had scheduled an appointment over the phone for a foot massage. Walking in she failed to tell me they were only doing cash and if I didn't have any they would charge a fee of 5 bucks to use the machine I said ok well I wasn't told and I don't cash so just swipe the card. Mind you I was charged before the service was even done. Then she asks if I would like to include a tip on a service that again I haven't even gotten. Tips means "To Insure prompt service" it's not mandatory it's a choice you have to give it to someone if you feel they've meet the standard of good customer service it's not a law and it's not mandatory. I get the massage and it's horrible she doesn't take her time, she was rough and instead of feeling relived from the tension I already had; I walked out of there feeling more sore and worse. I finished getting the massage and again I had no cash so I'd figure I'll run to the store and get some but before I can walk out to go look around and see if I seen a store near by she was already running after me saying where was her tip!! I couldn't believe how desperate this lady was. Even after I was bothered with her asking for it the first time I was willing to give her a tip although the massage was horrible but the fact that she demanded it and asked for it twice was so unprofessional never again would I go back idk how this place has 5 stars. The service alone was horrible and to top it off the customer service was garbage. I can't say this for everyone who works there but the lady I got was beyond unprofessional! read more

I really hate to leave a poor review but I was sooo Unsatisfied!!! First off, I had a Groupon coupon which had expired. I called & the lady noted that it was okay for me to still use the day prior. I show up the next day and she tells me that I cannot use coupon because its "expired" ... & the amount could not be applied... okay??? I was desperate for a massage so I decided to pay out of pocket for the foot/body combo. The second the massage began I knew it would be terrible. There was nooooo pressure points, no neck rub-- I completely felt like I paid $50 to be lotioned. At some point I asked the lady to please apply more pressure on my foot massage. I get way better massages at the salon while getting a pedicure than here ( & I say this with NO exageration). I laid there with eyes wide open waiting to feel " relaxed". Time to lay on my stomach for body massage and all she did was apply body weight with her hands all over. No kneading, deep tissue..nor neck massage. I was soo dissapointed!!!! The remainder 40 min were of her pushing her hands onto my back and legs..almost like leaning. It was so terrible, I could not believe it. I did not want to leave a tip, but felt so bad so I left 8$ . The front desk & massage lady were waiting for me at the door. I will not be returning. read more
