This is my second time coming here for a massage, and I'm not going to lie--Lina is the best. She has me completely relaxed every time. Her technique is perfect, and I never have to ask her to adjust the pressure or change anything. She's incredibly skilled at what she does. She also checks in throughout the massage to make sure I'm comfortable, although most of the time I'm so relaxed that I'm practically zoned out. The only downside is the noise level. Unfortunately, it's very loud, and there doesn't seem to be much consideration for keeping voices down. From the moment customers walk in, they're greeted very loudly. Other customers also tend to speak loudly, and staff don't encourage them to lower their voices. On top of that, staff members often shout to each other across the room, which is distracting and inconsiderate--especially for people who come here to relax and unwind. That's really the only thing I think they could improve. If they offered quieter appointment times with less foot traffic and fewer distractions, I would gladly schedule my massages during those hours. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced unfortunately Had hope that they would be better For one Was charged $110.00 for 90 minutes thai message Menu said 85 for 90 minutes so that was strange They ask you to pay first so I should have known that was a red flag Most place don't ask to pay first. As we do the message lady keeps leaving and would leave me without blanket so I was cold Room was really cold too so I was freezing Never asked what to work on or if I was okay. Kept pushing on my body the whole time. Not even kidding the whole time I asked her after 1 hour if she can change the pushing and she didn't speak English so had someone come in then proceeded to do the same thing. I just said I'm okay and left before expecting to tip for someone pushing on my body the whole time. However after calling to see if they had any openings two and they did and I must say for being a first timers it's was honestly really nice place to get massages. I decided to give this place a try since my regular spot was booked. Overall, my experience was good. The massage itself was great, it was clean and the price was reasonable. The only complaint I had, it was very noisy. Since the rooms are not actually enclosed rooms with doors, you could hear every person coming into the establishment and leaving. Also, the location is a very noisy and busy strip mall with lots of foot traffic and cars. If you're looking for a good massage, and you're not worried about the noise, I recommend this spot. If you're looking for more of a quiet spa type atmosphere, this is not the place. read more

I will start by saying that I've been going to Asian foot massage spas regularly for around 15 years, and have gone to at least 30 different spas from LA to Yucaipa, Long Beach to Las Vegas. They all have a slightly different routine, some are consistently overall better than others, but within the same location, you can get a heavenly massage from one person but an indifferent massage from another. All the spas seem to have quick turnover in employees and owners. I seem to get better service if I am a regular, as I tip fairly well. The owners always seem to give a better massage than anyone else, but are rarely interested in giving a basic foot massage. They want the higher paying body massages. I only found one employee ever, who gave a body massage that was worth the extra money, and she was gone the next time I returned. For this location, I went at 4pm on a Friday. I was immediately greeted by a female who asked which massage I wanted. I said the 60 minute foot massage for $30. She said body massage? I said 60 minute foot massage for $30. Again, she said body massage? I walked to the sign and pointed, so she finally understood. She had me pay first, which is good to avoid misunderstanding, I guess. I was taken to a curtained "room" and given a tray to store my purse. I then sat on the footstool and soaked my feet while the male staff began massaging my neck and shoulders as I sat upright. It was ok, but not wonderful, and I don't care for the position, as it leaves my back feeling strained. The next part is what caused me to take off a star. I was then told to get onto the massage lounger face down, which I did. Then, unlike every other foot massage place I've been to, he didn't wrap up my feet in a towel, or even dry them. I was lying there with wet, cold feet as he did a much better job of massaging my neck and shoulders. He then had me turn face up, and did a really good job on my face. At that point, I was almost asleep, but he went to massage my feet, and I wasn't down far enough since I am short. Goodbye relaxation, since I had to scoot myself down. He did give a very good foot massage that used some actual acupressure techniques, Yay! Unfortunately, that was cut short by the salt scrub on my feet and legs I would rather have had just the foot massage, as the scrub was super abrasive, and I already take good care of my skin. I felt kind of let down about what should have been a really good experience, since the actual foot massage was one of the better ones I've had. I think they have a 45 min foot massage only, which is the only thing I would try in the future. Otherwise, I would try somewhere else. read more

Well I really wanted to like this place the offer massage with cbd oil which I haven't seen around here and the massage was good I really was getting relaxed. After my time was up I was walking out and the lady rushed me for a tip which I was gonna do since I felt like she did a good job. But she started to demand a tip and I just got annoyed and I felt that was unprofessional on her part. Kept checking in to make sure the pressure applied was ok. The tables are speedster by curtains so you can hear the other side when they walk in but overall it's really quiet and private. Great massage and reasonably priced. Often times I read reviews and people feel so entitled behind the keyboard. Use your voice if too rough? Too soft ? Politely ask them to adjust. I didn't come here expecting a 5 star setting and all but they do their job well. They were impressive in finding knots and gave it an extra attention when needed. I got a guy and he didn't speak too much English but was more than willing to be attentive which I appreciated. My cousin also got a massage and she said it was great. We get massages regularly every 4 weeks. And we decided to try this out on a last minute urge to get rubbed down. One thing I loved was that they heated their oils. Stones felt great on my back portion of the massage as well as hot stones on my feet.
