Being the only masseuse there, she tends to the man with cash and puts him in the room next store and try's to pass my friend to someone else. She tried to call for back up so my friend would have to wait. After refusing to wait, my friend tried to explain that he had an appt. The lady then goes next door and apologizes to the guy and sends him off. She then comes back, coldly finishes the massage within 45 mins. The entire place was extremely clean, including the bathroom, which really stood out to me because I've been to other massage places where the bathrooms weren't very clean. The front desk staff was also very friendly and never pressured me into anything. I booked a 60-minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Wendy. I also added CBD oil and cupping. Wendy was wonderful! She was respectful, professional, and worked in a private room. Before even starting, she asked whether I preferred light, medium, or hard pressure. Since I was in a lot of pain, I chose light. She checked in with me throughout the massage and again at the end to make sure I was comfortable.
