Beware, major scheduling/communication issues. My wife's 1st appt was rescheduled due to therapist being tested for covid. Owner called my wife to reschedule. They agree to a time and date. Therapist doesn't show. Owner initially blamed my wife for lack of communication for not reconfirming appt. Why reconfirm when my wife agreed to a date and time over the phone? Do not write a reply trying to defend yourself. You were in the wrong. I recommend that you hire a secretary to manage your appointments. And no, she did not get your text. read more

I tried to book a same-day couples massage. I turned down other well-rated mobile massage companies to take Monica up on her offer to accommodate us. I received multiple confirmations of my appointment, and I adjusted my busy schedule accordingly. But Monica sent her masseuse to an old wrong address, on the other side of Los Angeles, despite me giving her my correct city twice beforehand, which she failed to provide directly to the therapist. She blamed outdated data in her computer system even though I'd NEVER hired this company once before (a fact she failed to doublecheck). Monica did not take responsibility for carefully managing my appointment. Nor did she didn't offer any thoughtful recompense, just an empty cut & paste text of "I apologize for the inconvenience" and "these things happen sometimes with technology." If you book with Balanced Professional Massage Therapy, you might want to have a backup plan. read more

I was having a little pain in my neck which got worse. I yelped this place and saw the reviews. I saw A lot of great reviews so I chose to book an appointment because I couldn't deal with the pain I made an appointment with Gina about 10:30 pm and she was here the next day. She was so good and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. And to top off they came to me which was amazing!! My 4 year old was able to run around and be a kid and not have to be quiet. Thank you so much. Booked another appointment already!! Will book for my mother too. read more

I have been working with Michelle D for about 8 weeks after my surgery; receiving lymphatic drainage massage (LDM). She comes to my home and is always on time or early. She loves what she does and is always personable. She takes her time to explain the process and makes you feel comfortable with the right amount of pressure. I highly recommend Michelle. She will wear a mask and the clients provide the sheets during covid times. LDM is great after cosmetic surgery / lipo to relieve swelling or lumps. Also good for general detoxing. After each visit I see a noticeable difference in the mirror from her work. read more

They are so good!! Although it looks like my favorite Eddie is gone :(. They are really good with massages and super convenient as they come to your home and bring everything. read more

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I wanted to try them out. I called to book a massage for my boyfriend's birthday and the person on the phone was extremely professional, helpful and sweet. She asked me for some basic information and told me I could pay with cc or cash the day of the appointment. I'm extremely impressed that a mobile massage company allows you to pay with cc now! I LOVED THAT! I received a confirmation email for my appointment. One day before the massage appointment I also received a reminder. Monica (owner and massage therapist I requested) arrived a few minutes early than appointment time to set up (AMAZING) and was SOOOOO knowledgeable. I have worked for high end spa's for MANY years and was very impressed with her business philosophy and how much she cares for her customers. My boyfriend absolutely LOVED his massage and I will definitely be booking Monica for me and ALL my family again. I am so excited I have FINALLY found a reliable, professional and affordable mobile massage company. Thank you Monica for an amazing experience! read more

Home massages are thee best!! Priced very well. Can be available for same day appointment. Latest appointment is 8pm. I had previously tried contacting another company. Two phone calls and one voice message left, and I still did not hear from them. So, I contacted Balanced and I was pleased when Monica answered my call. They were awesome to do a same day appointment! My husband and I just had a couples massaged for his bday. We had a relaxing time with Jennifer and Dakota! I am so happy I found them on Yelp! I have a feeling we will become regulars. Haha. read more

Thank you so much, Linda and Monica!! My son is a high school Varsity athlete and suffers from a lot of lower back pain and stress. I called Monica, after seeing her business here on Yelp, and decided to give them a try. What an amazing experience! Linda showed up a little before our 2pm appointment so she could set up on our patio and begin the massage right on time. She wore a mask, as I had requested, inside our home (we have people at high risk for Covid complications) and then took it off outside while she treated my son. Her table and everything else she brought were immaculate. We gave her a rundown of my son's problem areas and she addressed each one and educated him about some areas he needs to work on with stretching and strengthening. It was an overall GREAT experience and my son said his back felt like new again and that Linda had worked magic! We have already booked our next appointment with Linda and look forward to seeing her again. High recommended. read more

Best massage ever! Monica gave me a wonderful massage and she's also a runner which was great because she knew what areas to target. Called her to book my massage after running half marathon...boy am I happy! I loved that she came to my home and I was able to relax once she was done instead of me leaving a building and driving home after being in such a relaxed state. Thank you Monica! I'll definitely be calling you again many more times! The best part is that she was extremely professional and she was very prompt. read more

After reading 2 positive reviews... I said what the hell, let's make it 3. My hubby's birthday was coming up, so I decided to get his lazy butt a massage...jk he has 3 jobs and no time to go anywhere to get one. So I called them up. They were very friendly an professional. Jennifer came to my home...and on time. How awesome is that! My hubby was totally surprised. She set up and had him undressed faster than I ever could. He told me that even though Jennifer is small she is strong! After the massage he couldn't even move. She gave him time to just lay there and enjoy the effects of the massage. The massage was so good that I realize I made a huge mistake because now he wants one every month. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great job guys! Now if only I can get a surprise massage... read more

I called on Friday afternoon for an appointment and Monica graciously helped set up an appointment for Saturday night for a couple massage. It was so fabulous and so professional when they arrived. They set up their tables, new clean sheets, computer with soothing music and made us feel so relaxed. After the hour massage they packed up and left no mess no fuss. I would very much suggest and refer this company for in house massages. Thank you for a great massage and evening in my own home. read more

I have honestly been trying to find a massage therapist or company that gives out great and legit massages. My boyfriend gave me a referral from one of his patients at a clinic he works at and it was Balanced Professional Massage Therapy. I had my first home service massage with Engie and she was great!!! Deep tissue massage with soothing music, oil, a massage table and everything. I already booked my next massage in 2 weeks and plan to get monthly maintenance from Engie. Thank you!!! :D read more

Excellent and focused massage therapist (Jennifer). Friendly and reliable phone contact who arranges the appointments to your house (Monica). Jennifer brings her massage table, clean sheets, soothing music, oils, and a wonderful attitude. She has to drive around a lot to her appointments, but does not bring her stress into my massage appointment. Very profesional, very balanced, very wonderful massage. I have an upper back problem and am using this as physical therapy - Jennifer has also given me some shoulder stretches to do which made an immediate difference in my pain and recovery. I will keep this company for life! Reasonably priced, competitive with a parlor massage but with added bonus of coming to my house! read more

I have never used a mobile massage therapist before, but I was pleasantly surprised! Angie arrived a little early to set up so that we could start on time. She was very kind and very professional. I relaxed right away. It was one of the best massages I have ever had! I thought it might be more expensive since she came to me, but it was actually less expensive than the other place I was going to. I will definitely be calling them again. read more

My boyfriend and I just got a couples massage. Nina (my masseuse) and Dakota (my boyfriends) both came over with their own massage beds and everything. I am currently struggling with a really bad case of sciatica and I can't walk. Nina knew exactly what she was doing and she really focused on the problem. My boyfriend has some back pains and after he Dakota massaged him, he said he felt much better. The price is beyond decent seeing as they come to you, and considering the massage was great quality and not half-assed. Definitely recommend! read more
