They had great customer service, it was very clean, smelled nice and has such relaxing music playing. We had an appointment for 730 and they literally took us to the back at 7:29. Fiancée and I got the combo massage for 70 min at $35.00. We waited for 15min then got escorted to our massage area. When our masseuse arrived I looked at the time and the time read 6:25 PM (I am no first timer at massages). Throughout the massage it felt a lil too fast. When massage was done I looked at the time and it read 7:15pm (45min!). I waved at the owner and told her that our massage was only 45min she said "no it's done". At the counter she proceeded to say that we owe her $35.00 I told her you cheated me out of my time because we asked for the 70 min and and only got a 45 min massage "she said no that it was an hour massage" I told her how is it an hour when we start our massage it was 625 that's 45 minutes she said "that they were busy and that they had to shorten the time" I said where is that on the list that if you are busy you shorten the time. So I told her does that mean we pay $25 massage for an hour she said no you pay full price. I told her that was not a full 70 minutes and that I shouldn't pay the $35 if I only got a 45 minute massage. We sat while they prepped our "room" (I say "room" because it's a big space that's sectioned off by curtains hanging from the ceiling). The massage was so relaxing , exactly what I needed . Not too hard, not too soft . I want to go back for a deep tissue massage . I only gave one less star because of the "room" situation. Took my mother for Mother's Day and she really really liked it! The body massage was through and she really loved the hot stones. They didn't use any oils and they are not firm enough to get your sore muscles (yes we asked for them to be firmer). The lady also spent all the time on my legs and feet only massaging my back for 10 minutes and cheating me 5 minutes on my massage. So instead of letting me discuss my dissatification in private I had to discuss it in front of the massuse which was akward. So basically they booked me for a massage with anyone they didn't honor my request for my specific masseuse. That was #1 so no wonder it was shitty, it was a different person with different hands. It was only after me talking to the manager that he admitted the masseuse taht I requested when booking my appointment no longer worked there. So why wasn't that revealed to be beforehand? I told her and her husband that I was not satisfied with the massage because it felt like I was just getting my backed rubbed with oil. If I could rate this place a zero I would. If you have any other place to go and get a massage, please do so. I am sure the massages are fantastic, but their costumer service is the worst I have ever seen. Firstly, I had purchased a Groupon online for me and my girlfriend. I scheduled an appointment, and before I left my house to leave I texted to confirm the massages. (Even though there were walk in slots available during the time our massages were scheduled.) When we got there and they had found out I was paying with a Groupon and not cash they denied me service, and continued to lie to me with reasons they could not serve us. Keep in mind I kept my voice at a below steady rate to avoid confrontation. Every time I asked them why they would not accept my Groupon, they claimed they didn't not understand English, which of course they did. I took the "owner" outside and said if you are lying to me and just want my money say it. So he agreed that he was lying and I left the establishment. There were customers listening to the conversation who left the establishment as well because we were treated so poorly. A nice lady even told us she would've brought our Groupon's from me so we could pay cash, but obviously they did not honor the Groupons which they even advertise inside the store as well.
