They have plastic bins provided for your belongings to store while lying down on their massage tables (fairly comfortable). LEO has strong, firm but capable hands with the right amount of pressure. He is not conversant but it's not what I was looking for at this venture. I had a previous massage from him & I waited to make sure he was my masseur this second time. Hubby was going to wait for him too but in the interest of time, opted for another masseuse (which he later regretted). I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests. At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip.
