DON'T GO!!! I went there two days prior to book an appointment since THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE which I mention to the guy and he just smiled at me, anyways, so I booked and the guy took my name, number, for how many people (2), date of service and hours of service and wrote it in a piece of paper. I asked him several times that is it confirmed and he said yes. He even told me that they will call me to confirm a day before and I said okay. Hey there! Let me first start off by saying I don't recommend this massage place. I'm going to tell you why for a couple of reasons. First of all they rush you the second you enter the door! Then they either make you wait a long time because they are busy or they quickly rush you and put you in a room when they are completely not busy. Secondly, they expect a tip after the massage session honestly it's up to me if I want to give a tip or not because half of them don't know how to massage really! They need to be trained properly and need to learn that every customer is different and the pressure from the massage can aggravate the pain a person has and make it worse. Also they don't wear gloves and don't speak a word of English also. If your going to massage me please put on gloves and at least show me that you care about my health especially with COVID 19 everywhere. The last time I went there was such a horrible experience I never went back because of all this. I really feel that if I don't want to give you a tip I really don't have too and I can pay for a massage only and be on my way. Also the lady helping me was desperately asking me for a tip and I was like are you for real? Like this place needs to get it together stop pressuring your customers to give you tip because they will not come back. Also I can gladly take my money and my business somewhere else where they treat me right and do a great job! Been driving past this place on my way to work and decided on a Sunday afternoon to stop in. Opted for the $50 hr massage. It was a hot day and the room I was led to was very warm, bordering on uncomfortable. The gal said that the AC was acting up. Began the massage and I asked for oil. The masseuse decided to talk to me throughout the massage, so there was no way for me to relax and block out the world. She used very little oil, and never went near my butt, legs or feet. She yapped and rubbed my shoulders for 1/2 hr. When she left to go get a towel to wipe me off (she used so little oil there was nothing left to wipe off) I told her "lets stop". So she gave me $10 back and I left after only a 1/2 hr. To her credit she dealt with my obvious unhappiness very professionally, and I never yelled or ranted or raved. I think that there may be hope for this place, but definitely NOT with that particular lady. She needs some serious training or a new occupation. read more

I frequent massages parlors in a multitude of areas to pick the right ones with the best professionals to my liking. This place will never be one. First off i made an app for 2 people to bring my co-worker 4hrs ahead of time. When we got there no one attended us as well as my co-worker was waiting 45min after she took our money for someone who never showed up and he had to walk out. Secondly, when i was getting my massage the masseuse walked out for several minutes 4 times!!! She focused on my back and neglected my arms and legs which is why i came and specified. She knew LITERALLY almost NO English which was frustrating in itself. My app was set from 530pm to 630pm. She led me to the room and didnt show up till about 540pm and at 623pm she stated my time is up and when i explained these things she said no and walked away. 3rd it was really unprofessional to have another woman open the door and start a 5 min conversation while im being attended to. Lastly, after it was said and done they didnt offer any water even when asked but right before i left she knew how to perfectly say "what about tip."
