They treated my mom with so much respect throughout the entire visit, which we really appreciated. As a thoughtful birthday touch, they even added a complimentary little gift of stones during her massage to help wish her a happy birthday, which made her feel extra special. I also loved that they spoke to her in Spanish during the tour and service explanations, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and welcoming for her. The three of us each booked a 50 minute relaxation massage, then spent time enjoying the saunas and jacuzzi afterward. One thing I really appreciated was being able to shower before heading home. They provide so many thoughtful amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, brushes, blow dryers, and more, which made the experience feel seamless and pampering. By the time I got home, I was so relaxed that I ended up napping the rest of the day, that's how good it was! I'm already looking forward to coming back and am even curious about their membership options. Next time, I'd love to try their deep tissue massage. Overall, it was a great way to celebrate a special occasion and spend quality time with my mom and sister.

However, it appears the website was a little misleading and learn that they don't do facial extractions only after I had already book both treatment and already did the first half then when it came to the facial treatment and asked for clarification the clinician stated they don't do extractions or have the tools to do so - the staff was friendly enough to provide a refund. I did have high expectation for this place considering the reviews. It would help if there wasn't a language barrier with the front desk lady because I had ask for clarification only to arrive and services was not as expected because this visit costed me my day and no facial was completed. The massage was just like any other. Overall really like the place and staff are sweet and friendly.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene and inviting, with soft spa music and a calming blend of vanilla and lavender oils setting the perfect tone (I picked that combination). I chose the Tranquil Journey and enjoyed every moment of it so much that I immediately booked my next session - this is officially my new monthly self-care ritual! Sequita took the time to understand my skin's needs, recommending only the essential products to get me started on my skincare journey. The good: I got gifted a pregnancy massage here and it was…read morethe best pregnancy massage I've received (I've had around 5!). The massage therapist wasn't afraid to apply pressure (legs, arms, head, neck, etc) and really trigger those tension spots and knots. Most pregnancy massages just feels like an oil rub with zero pressure and I usually don't get my knots targeted but this massage was more therapeutic than that. The space was inviting with warm and dim lights and the bed was warm without being too toasty. The pillows were soft and it was a comfortable experience. The warm towel rub down was relaxing. The ambient music was also an appropriate volume and was relaxing. The bad: The neck massage was rougher than I am used to and I feel sore there. I had congestion which made the experience less ideal. The interesting: I parked out in front by the street but I think there's a private lot.

I've been going here for a few years and this will be last time…read more My masseuse Wally was eating food during my massage.. I noticed every few minutes he stopped and I heard a sound like wrapper crinkling. First I was tried to block it out and convince myself it was nothing, but then I started smelling the food. When he took his next "mini lunch break" I got up and asked him if he was eating. He quickly tried to hide it and denied it. When he did it again I stopped the massage altogether. I spoke to the first desk lady. She apologized and didn't charge me anything. While I was talking to her, Wally tried multiple times to defend himself and I shut it down because he would flip flop between making excuses or just denying it saying he was only drinking sips of his soda. Crazy because 3 secs ago I saw a burger wrapper with fries inside before he threw it out. Eventually he got frustrated and drove off and left the place during his shift.... I wish I was making this stuff up.

Admission: - $30 Pool Temps (3): - Hot (Jacuzzi)(107°F) - Warm (Jacuzzi)(104°F) - Cold Plunge (58°F) Body Scrub: $40 + Admission Overall Impression: When I first reviewed this place 11 years ago, I gave it a 3/5, as the offerings and condition were reasonable for the $15 price at the time. I'm dropping it down to 2 now, because the condition of the facility has only decreased since then, while the price has doubled. They should either drop the price down to $20, or put some money into renovations which it desperately needs. When WiSpa is $40, this place just can't justify charging $30. One other oddity I experienced - I got a body scrub on this most recent visit and the guy who did the scrub demanded a tip right after the service, before I was ready to leave. I told him I needed to dry off and he insisted I walk into the locker room dripping water all over the floor to get him a tip. I thought maybe his shift was over and he wanted it before he left, but no.... he was still there 40 mins later when I was done and ready to leave. Very odd and annoying interaction.
