They treated my mom with so much respect throughout the entire visit, which we really appreciated. As a thoughtful birthday touch, they even added a complimentary little gift of stones during her massage to help wish her a happy birthday, which made her feel extra special. I also loved that they spoke to her in Spanish during the tour and service explanations, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and welcoming for her. The three of us each booked a 50 minute relaxation massage, then spent time enjoying the saunas and jacuzzi afterward. One thing I really appreciated was being able to shower before heading home. They provide so many thoughtful amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, brushes, blow dryers, and more, which made the experience feel seamless and pampering. By the time I got home, I was so relaxed that I ended up napping the rest of the day, that's how good it was! I'm already looking forward to coming back and am even curious about their membership options. Next time, I'd love to try their deep tissue massage. Overall, it was a great way to celebrate a special occasion and spend quality time with my mom and sister.

At the end of the massage they ask for a tip, right in front of the desk they have a sign that tells you how much to tip. For an hour massage they recommended at least $20~$40 tip which I think was odd. I've had massages before and they always ask for tip but they never asked for a specific amount. The massage was pretty average. They used different techniques on the both of us. For my boyfriend, they got up and stepped on him, using their feet to massage his back. He didn't like it and thought it was too rough. I wish this method of massage would be stated because some people wouldn't like being stepped on. Since I had a male massager he didn't step on me, just used his hands. It was pretty average. The place looked clean and nice though. Most likely won't come here again.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene and inviting, with soft spa music and a calming blend of vanilla and lavender oils setting the perfect tone (I picked that combination). I chose the Tranquil Journey and enjoyed every moment of it so much that I immediately booked my next session - this is officially my new monthly self-care ritual! Sequita took the time to understand my skin's needs, recommending only the essential products to get me started on my skincare journey. I appreciated that there was no pressure to buy more than what was necessary - just a thoughtful, intentional start. To top it all off, she mailed me a personalized card with clear instructions for my daily routine. That level of care and detail left a lasting impression. I'm truly looking forward to my next visit!

The concerning part is not just the complaints themselves, but the pattern. Different reviewers…read morecontinue describing the exact same issues: poor management responsiveness, lack of accountability, declining class quality and availability, instructor turnover, cancellations with poor communication, clique-like behavior in certain classes, and an overall dismissive customer service culture. When the same concerns appear repeatedly over a long period of time without meaningful improvement, it reflects a leadership problem. For a premium-priced membership, members should not have to deal with frequent class cancellations, instructors abruptly quitting, or reduced schedules. Multiple instructors leaving is also a significant indicator of internal dissatisfaction. High turnover rarely happens in healthy, well-supported environments. Members are paying not only for equipment access, but for consistency, professionalism, and reliable programming. Another major concern repeatedly mentioned is the atmosphere surrounding the Zumba classes. A public gym should never feel socially exclusive or intimidating. Reviews consistently describe clique behavior, territorial attitudes over spots, rude conduct, excessive noise, and instructors allegedly siding with regular groups instead of maintaining professionalism and inclusivity. That is not the type of culture a fitness business should normalize. Operationally, there also appears to be a lack of attention to member experience: canceled classes communicated only through website updates instead of direct notifications, unresolved concerns despite suggestion boxes and reviews, overcrowding issues, members occupying equipment while on phones, and complaints about cleanliness and room conditions between classes. The most disappointing aspect is that these do not appear to be new concerns. They have allegedly been ongoing for months, yet review after review suggests management remains defensive or disengaged rather than solution-oriented. Long-term customer retention cannot thrive under those conditions. People may initially join because the concept of a women's gym is appealing, but retention depends on members feeling respected, heard, welcomed, and valued consistently. Until ownership demonstrates a genuine willingness to address these recurring concerns in a meaningful and proactive way, I cannot support this business and would advise potential members to thoroughly research current experiences before committing financially.

And she was AMAZING! From the minute I walked in she was extremely nice, helpful, and very informing. Throughout my facial she always made sure I was okay and comfortable. She also would inform me before putting any products on my face. It was a 55min lymphatic drainage massage and it was AMAZING! My face and chin felt so snatched afterwards, my face looked clearer and felt softer! I will be coming back this month to try one of their facials along side the lymphatic drainage! I'm so happy I finally found my monthly facial spot. Check them out, won't disappoint!
