I came in after a long day at work feeling very tired and in a lot of pain, especially in my left shoulder blade. I decided to get a 60-minute combination massage, and Cici was my masseuse. She did an amazing job focusing on my painful areas. Every time she worked on a spot, I could feel the pain releasing. I kept saying thank you because it really helped. By the end of the massage, I was already able to lift my left shoulder again. I even cried tears of joy because I felt so much better. Cici may be small, but she is very strong and skilled. No pain medication worked for me, but her massage did. Thank you so much, Cici, for helping take my pain away. I really appreciate it. read more

Me and my husband had a great time. First time here, great massage. will come back for sure. we had 90 mins massage and its all worth it. Highly recommended. read more

It was perfect! Not sure what the girls name was. I did my massage but she was pretty young and very knowledgeable about my pressure points that needed to be alleviated. Very great experience here and we came at the very last minute before closing and they did great. read more

Last minute decision. Close to home. Was charged an extra fee ($2) on my debit card but wasn't warned about it. Reflexology. Nothing fancy. It is what it is. read more

I do not even know where to begin on this revised review. I am sad to rewrite this review because at first, I was so happy to find a good value close to home. I am three days post massage and am still in pain/stiff on my shoulders. Let me preface with I will typically get 1 - 2 massages a month from a similar establishment in Norwalk, this location was simply closer to work. So, I must have shown up on a day when the owners were out because it was a complete sh*t show and that's putting it nicely. My appt was for 6:30pm, we arrive and they go to run my card. Their printer doesn't print a receipt, BUT, I got a transaction notification from my bank so I know it charged. She reached back towards me for my card again to attempt to run the card again to get a receipt. We attempted to explain to the two ladies up front that the transactions went through you need to reprint the receipts, they kept insisting on needing our cards to rerun it. We denied giving them our cards again and waited as they made another phone call. Mind you, there were two people in my party and she did the same thing to my friend. 20 minutes later, two calls to their boss and they begin the massage. The masseuse was interrupted not once but twice by the front door so I already felt some type away about her walking away to help someone during my "60 minute" massage. Now I have it in quotations because it took them 20 minutes from my arrival to figure out the POS system which put us at 6:50 and I was dressed and walking out by 7:40pm. I immediately came home to do more research on credentials for massage rooms because it really felt like she was just kneading my back and when she did find two knots on my upper shoulder blade it felt like someone was using two pens to paddle the knot, back and forth. When I first came here, the service was great. There were people who knew what they were doing and were communicative, the beds were heated, it was great it was a whole comforting vibe. The last two times, have been complete opposite. Mind you this last time I went, was a "give them a second chance" visit to not just write them off after 1 bad experience. Sad that I have to find a new place but my achy bones can't do another freezing massage experience. read more

I have been going here for more than 5 years now, although I will say.. it's been a couple years since I've visited them. Nonetheless, each experience I've had here has been great! I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed! read more

Great massage, would definitely go again. Wish there were rooms instead of curtains. Could hear everything going on in other areas. Not a huge deal. read more

Great! Friendly and clean and I would go back. Lucy was great - only downside on these places is that they have to stop the massage to answer the door but they she promptly came back ! read more

Nancy did an amazing job with my foot massage, I'd recommend her and come back again. Thank you!

Great service. Sunny gave me a wonderful relaxing massage. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Thanks read more

Got a 90 minute massage w/ coconut oil (60 min. body / 30 min. feet) & later on added $10 scrub upon being asked when she started on the feet. I will say the environment was ok. Someone's phone kept going off, I asked for a new towel and was given a paper towel to put over the towel that I initially wanted changed. I am a comfortably plus sized girl and I'll say that the massage felt much like a rub down instead of a real thorough massage. I believe men have the ability to be a little more able to hit the pressure points, but the ladies were a little too delicate and only felt like a nice oiled, rub down to put it frankly. Overall, okay massage. I accidently tipped $28 because (you are asked to pay first) and because of that, when it came time to add the $10 scrub and tip after the initial payment, I miscalculated. I went around 5:45pm, there was only about a 15 minute wait. read more

Miss Jenny and miss lucy is their best masseuse keep up the good work..they are really good at what they do

Everything was amazing!! No wait time, deep tissue was really deep tissue! Nice people! I e been coming here for years!

I went to get a 30 minute massage to start my week off right... And when I come back, I will definitely get a 60 minute. But the 30 minute was perfect. Lucy did an amazing job. read more

Called for appt. Gentlemen said ok, for walk in. Went there. Lady asked for me to pay 1st. I said NO. I will wait till I go in the back. Waited 15 mins. Lady comes back and says, oh honey, wait 30mins more. I then got up and Said. It's ok. She said, NO you go in the back and relax. What a joke. I'm like it's okay! Bye Good thing I didn't pay 1st read more

Lucy is beyond Amazing! It was a great massage. She focused on every area that I mentioned. I highly recommend this place and responsible Lucy. read more

Worse massage experience ever! She kept walking out of the room (while I was naked on the table) to hack up spit and talk to walk ins. The door was a shower curtain and I could hear the other person next to me getting a massage. Charged 20$ extra for an oil. Which I shouldn't have paid, my fault. But I'm not going to tip on the oil. Then had the nerve to ask me for a bigger tip! For my foot massage she put on gloves and that's all I could feel. read more

I have gone to Carson Foot Massage on and off for many years. Of course their prices have gone way up supposedly due to Covid. I still went there occasionally. I had a couple of good masseuses that I enjoyed. But Inevitably, the ones I like are no longer there. Still, I called and made an appointment anyway today. But when I got there they wanted me to pay up front. I do not look homeless. I showered, and arrived on time. What used to be about $40 was going to cost 60 plus a tip. But I refuse to pay up front. They insisted. I left, went down the street, and had a wonderful massage for less. I paid and tipped afterwards. In my world, you pay and tip after being served. But it was a blessing in disguise. If you don't trust your customers, someone else will. Thanks uppity person who is inflexible and suspicious. I am now going to your competition when I want a carefree massage. read more

Great prices and great service. I got a 60 min combo massage for $60 + tax & tip. I felt welcomed and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend if in the area. read more

not a good experience, so disappointing. therapist kept leaving to answer the phone and the door - I'm lucky if I got 1/2 of the one hour combo massage. Foot massage was nearly non existent . Kept trying to add charges - cbd oil - cupping, etc. Not going back there read more

Amazing place I really enjoyed it! The massage was excellent I will definitely come back again.

I don't often get massages, but I decided to give this place a try while I was in the area. I'm glad the receptionist and therapist are bilingual, so they were able to communicate better about where to put pressure. Felt much better after the massage. read more

I love this massage I meet coco she is measure she is professional nice very friendly

Great Massage. Lucy has great hands. She can do strong, medium or soft. She's the best.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I gave a $5 tip after an hour massage because her nails were too long and it hurt but the lady demanded a bigger tip and argued with me when I told her I tip based off service. She said my tip was basically nothing and proceeded to lecture me. Their sign says you get a free hot stone massage but I never got one. NEVER COMING BACK !!! HORRIBLE !!! read more

Came in here to treat my fiancé to a couples massage. It was such a disappointment. Paid upfront because that was required no problem. The lady asked me how much I wanted to tip I told her I was tipping with cash. We start with the massages and the lady ask me if I wanted regular or coconut oil. I pick coconut and she then tells me $10 more. So I say I'll just take the free oil who wants to pay $10 more for oil??? The other tech working on my fiancé then proceeds to ask him. He opts for the regular oil as well. She proceeds to push the coconut oil after he says no. Then she pushes cupping on him for $20 more. During the massage the techs kept talking and opening the curtains going in and out to greet customers. Massage is over and when I go to tip I give her 30 and tell her 15 for each she tells me no $20 each. I know how to tip I served for many years. This experience was so shitty. How do you demand what tip you get? They were so money hungry trying to hustle any extra $$$ nothing about this was relaxing or inviting. People come to decompress during a massage not to keep hustling someone for extra money. read more

The owner who did my massage was careless and was rushing too much and hurting me. The whole time I kept pleading to slow down and just give me a mild to moderate massage but never listened to my request. read more

One of the worst massages I ever received.. I told her to stop earlier than an hour because it was just that bad... she applied no pressure after I asked her too multiple times.. I think she is the receptionist and since the other massage people were busy she decided to give me one.. I told her I don't mind waiting for a professional... she looked exhausted and tired and overworked as is and I'm already tored as is. Worst massage ever. read more

Today's massage was mediocre. It seemed as though she was probably new to this and lacked the technique that's consistent with the last two visits I had here. Not sure if it's time to look for another massage place or if I should risk it and come back. I didn't get her name either but she was young. The ones I usually get are in their late 40-50's. The guy at the front was young too and seemed chill while lounging on the couch as I exited to give my tip and receive cup of water. read more

They have three private rooms and four beds in the public room if you're there to get a foot massage. I've brought my whole family here but I frequent with my mom who is disabled and I'm giving them a five star for always accommodating and being so kind and patient to her needs. They treat her with respect and I really appreciate the staff for that. My brother, who is a big guy, said this place is awesome and they really worked out his kinks and was even snoring during his massage. I recommend getting the $35 dollar hot stone foot massage for 60 minutes. They massage your whole body, oil up your back towards the end and do the whole shabang with the hot stones and it feels so relaxing! Plus for the price, it really can't be beat. They also have a ninety minute option which I'm sure is well worth the price. This place is a hidden gem, right next to el pollo loco and behind yoshinoya. If you're looking for a different and affordable massage spot, Carson foot massage is the place to go! read more

Lilly is the BEST! I had a 2 hour massage with her last night. I will definitely go back to her again when I'm in town. Make sure to tip her well read more

Let me start off you are lucky I didn't accompany my mom despite giving her a "massage" that consisted of just touching without putting any pressure and after her telling you you didn't do a good job you still locked her in not allowing her leave until she gave you a tip!!! Massage was horrible. I'm sure the young gentleman wasn't licensed and a relative. He left several times to get things I guess and my lower body never got oiled. Maybe because I got the combo. Anyway the combo is body and feet. He didn't even touch my toes! Thinking about disputing with the bank read more

Very disappointed. My one hour is not even one hour coz she has to go out and answer the phone . She don't even massage my legs with oil.she charged me 50 bucks not worth it. My first and last!!!! The worst massage i ever had. read more

I showed up at 10 o'clock on a Saturday, and got right in. The massage was excellent, 90 minutes, long, full body massage and feet. Highly recommended read more

I don't get massages that often, but when I do I come here. $35 for an hour massage that includes scalp/face, feet, legs, and back. Great deal in my opinion. They use hot towels to wipe you down at the end and dry as well. Last time I was there some new guy - yes I don't mind getting massages from a male, I'm comfortable with my sexuality - named Jerry gave me an excellent massage. I told him to focus on my left ankle cuz I've sprained it 200 times playing basketball. I showed him exactly where the soreness was an he rubbed all around the scar tissue. He even put some Bengay on it. My lower back has been killing me recently, and he used the right amount of pressure, nice and strong with perfect technique. Good amout of oil. Definitely relieved the pain. The shop is clean and dark, comfortable tables. There is ample parking out front in a lot shared by the surrounding businesses. Never too busy either. read more

A little bit disappointed the second time around I went in after a long hours of driving state-to-State. I was hoping all the knots on my shoulders and my throbbing headache would actually gets some relief which I have had during my first visit. Unfortunately, this time I wasn't even given the hot stones on my spines and none of those Soothing ointments/lotions were used oh wait may have been but sooo stingy to say the least. I'm giving them a fair review just cause I'm still going to give a chance by going back for another massage perhaps next week. But I hope the masseuse(r) would be able to hit the spots and fully be rejuvenated. read more

I took $35 body and foot with hot stone. I wasn't there for a year. They requested me to pay before the massage. I don't know why but I haven't stress communication at reception. This place is better than before but still need to more pressure for me. The area is not competitive for foot and body massage. Not so good and not so bad. I guess Alhambra or little Saigon is better and cheaper. read more
