The poking and the prodding did not feel like a massage as my body just kept shaking back-and-forth every time he kept poking. I contemplated asking him to stop to wait for someone else because this was not a Massage at all. I had requested the 90 minute combo massage which included hot stones. Maybe I should have asked clarifying questions because he did stack stones down my back, but he did not actually use them to massage any part of my body.
