My family & I have gone here for years, but they lost a customer in me. They have a new policy now…read morewhere if you do not tip a certain amount, they will either block your number or refuse service. I'm usually a good tipper. While I've been many times to Bonita and referred multiple people, last time I did not tip because quite frankly the masseuse (who was new at the time) touched my vagina and breasts repeatedly after I asked her not to. I respectfully spoke to the front desk about it as I recognized it as maybe a language barrier (still unacceptable). However because I was uncomfortable and cut the massage short I did not tip. I usually take whoever is available, but my family goes to Wendy. My Godsister had called and they told her Wendy had very open availability after they told me they had no appointments available. This prompted the conversation below. If you're going here for the prices, know that they expect the tip in the chart below or they will refuse your service. I was in so much pain, so I took my money to another establishment who was grateful for my tip.

She did an amazing job focusing on my painful areas. Every time she worked on a spot, I could feel the pain releasing. I kept saying thank you because it really helped. By the end of the massage, I was already able to lift my left shoulder again. I even cried tears of joy because I felt so much better. Cici may be small, but she is very strong and skilled. No pain medication worked for me, but her massage did. Thank you so much, Cici, for helping take my pain away. I really appreciate it.

There are a few top notch therapists that I am so lucky to have met, and Lois is in my top three. She may be tiny, but she is STRONG!! She has different massages and packages that you can choose from. I normally go between "The Escape" (focuses on the back of the body) and "The Exhale" (total body) massages. Ms Lois keeps track of your massages and makes great recommendations on what you may need. She really listens to whatever your concerns may be and will tailor your massage based on what you want. I try to work out at least 3-4 times a week, so I try to alternate my massages based on how I am feeling and how long it has been since my previous massage. Let me tell you, if I could get a massage every week, I absolutely would. Especially from Ms. Lois!! She is the absolute greatest. She is so kind and has such a beautiful spirit. Trust me, if you want a great massage and want to feel better than when you arrived...book Ms. Lois NOW!! He recommended I book an appointment with Tracy, as her techniques were very similar to what I enjoyed during my first time at Silver Oak Massage. Overview: - Great pressure: I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. The neck is a sensitive area for most, but Tracy navigated the knots well and made sure I felt comfortable during my appointment. - Received feedback/direction well: I told the staff upfront I had new lobe piercings and that my ears could not be touched. Didn't have to worry about that one bit. Also, one spot in my lower back was very tender - had to ask her to use a slightly gentler touch and she accommodated right away. - Tail end of appt, head massage: so good I dozed off for a few mins - Lavender oil: felt nice when applied, but I likely won't splurge for it the next time I stop by Had another great experience AND another stamp for my stamp card. Very soothing. Got my tension in shoulders and back of arms swept away! This place has massage therapists true to their craft.
