I have been training the last 10-12 years nonstop and have undergone many injuries, along with extreme tension and tightness in my body from combat sports. Prior Experience with Bodywork: I have met many physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors, but this is the first time I have left a session knowing my body actually feels better and that the person truly cared about my pain and health. Skill, Technique, and Awareness: Mrs. Ayanna did not miss one beat and there were NO wasted movements. Minute by minute, she analyzed my body, and without me needing to say a word, she found the spots that were extremely painful and tight. She took her time working those areas before moving on to the next issue. Usually, I have to tell the therapist what needs to be worked on, but I'm guessing she could just feel what was wrong and carefully applied pressure where it was needed with the utmost precision Ambience & Environment: The ambience and beauty of the facility were amazing. I have trained at many places, and this was hands down one of the best-looking locations I have seen in a while. The tone of peace was set, and the music was chosen for relaxation. I explained my problems and Mrs. Ayanna went straight to work Care & Thoughtfulness: I am so happy to know that I now have somebody who can help me work through my pain and tightness from years of abuse from MMA Mrs. Ayanna even provided me with a sample of the herbs she used to help me with my breathing and pain, which you don't often see someone offer. I thought that was really thoughtful Future Plans: I have a fight on February 7th for LIGHTS OUT FC in Long Beach, CA 90802, so I will definitely be back before then to work more on my tight hips and other pains I am experiencing. Closing & Recommendation: Mahalo Mrs. Ayanna for such an amazing experience. From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice and the whole place felt very calm and relaxing. I especially loved that the room stayed quiet during the massage. No unnecessary conversation, just relaxing music and the chance to completely switch our brains off for a while. We both left feeling more relaxed than we have felt in a LONG time, which honestly says a lot! I don't remember the names of both of our massage therapists, but the gentleman who worked with my husband was wonderful. Ross had nothing but good things to say about him and how much better he felt afterward. My massage was just as good, and the cupping was a great addition. We both felt like we really needed this, especially with how much we've been working out (and working) lately. We were so happy with the entire experience that we're already talking about making this a monthly thing, or at the very least every other month. Definitely coming back!

Now, my partner did share this was one of the best massages he has received in long time! But, come to find out they booked him for a 60 min massage and then hit him with a larger bill. The staff at the front desk was unable to navigate applying the gift card QR code to the invoice. I was really disappointed with how the service transpired and not to mention over budget. I would advise booking in person so there is no confusion about services requested.

From the moment I arrived, Mateo made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed me with the welcome package I booked. I decided to add on myofascial work for my neck, shoulders, and quads, and WOW... best decision ever. He somehow knew exactly where all my problem areas were and went straight to work. No guessing, no wasted time...just pure relief. I will officially no longer be going to those Thai massages where they stomp all over me . It was really quiet and clean upon walking in. I checked in and was shown to a room by Amanda. She did ask me where she should focus on and I let her know about the issue with the left side of my back, shoulder and neck. She asked if I would allow her to walk on me, which I agreed to. Overall, she provided a good massage and it did help with the pain I was experiencing. I guess there was some communication issue when it came time to pay. I let her know I will Zelle, since that was a payment option. I asked if $30 was due because I truly believed I paid a $50 deposit. She said yes, so I sent a $50 payment and showed her my phone screen. She kept questioning my $50, so I had clarified with her $30 was for the remaining balance and $20 is for her. But she kept looking confused why $50 lol. This was getting nowhere so I pulled open my email to check my confirmation and said that it was a $30 deposit that was taken. Ok, now I see why she was so confused. I had only sent $50 which covered the remaining balance and she was probably wondering where her damn tip is. I sent another Zelle payment of $20 and left. I would still come back for a future massage if I don't feel like heading out to Huntington Beach (where my favorite massage spot is) or if I don't want to look for another place by work.
