HORRRIBLEEEE DO NOT GOOO!!! my friend & I visited this place to get a massage and we're very good tippers. We always tip 18%+ when we're given any service. The massage was like actually not good at all & we're not picky. We still tipped though! The lady at the counter wasn't satisfied with the tipped and said she couldnt accept anything less than 10$... we were like huhhhh?!! she was super rude too like trying to force us to tip but like WE WERE tipping!! She then practically chases us to our car after we said we have no more cash and tried to charge our card for the tip... she was literally at the window of the car telling us to use our cardsb. The lady who did my massage told me to get fully undressed and lay on the bed naked. I was a bit confused and ask if their was going to be a sheet or towel to cover myself? She said no and walked away. She later came back and walked in on me while I was undressing without warning and threw a small little towel thats suppose to cover my body. I was uncomfortable and I really don't know how this place is still running The massage was a bit weird, nothing helped and I was in pain for 3 days. Would I go back? NO. Do I recommend this shop? Went as a walk in and there was one lady working. She said she would squeeze me in because one of her appointments didn't show up, which was fine with me. She did however ensure I would still receive my full hour. During the massage I could tell she was rushing, she also kept stopping and running in and out of the room. So I asked if she had another client coming, she said something to me which was completely not understandable, not English. During the end of the massage she ran to the front at least 3 times. So I assumed her next client had arrived so I told her she could skip the face part and finish my arms hands and feet. She ignored me and continued. Then quickly did my arms and hands (less than 3 mins) then punched my legs and skipped my feet altogether. Then after screamed at me and tried to FORCE me to give her a $10 tip. I gave her $5 and showed her no where does it say I MUST TIP ANY AMOUNT. She continued to scream, so I walked out. read more

Just left about 5 mins ago from this massage! The girl with glasses was so fukken rude! When I told to go alittle soft she started yanking my feet like she was mad. Got a towel and just tossed on my face and she said something in her language I knew she was talking shit!! The massage was a 3, when I told her a specific place to massage she like smacked her lips, when it was finish I was upset and just walked out and she had the audosity to ask for a tip, like I was suppose to tip her after that massage I told her to learn how to massage that was her tip!! Again she said something bad in her language be cuz her and the other female start yapping in their language..I usually go to various massage to find out the nice one, I went their becuz my other masseuse was book. Relaxation Spa? More like TORTURE SPA!! I specifically told them to AVOID my lower back. They didn't seem to understand English so I pointed to my lower back and with my finger I said NO!!! They nodded their head up and down saying "ok ok ok" so tell me why they kept massaging my lower back. Not even gentle massages, it was with so much pressure I got up and said OUCH!!!! I SAID NO!!!! They kept leaving me to attend to people walking in. Then they got mad because I only tipped them $2. The massage was shitty so honestly I shouldn't have tipped anything. This is a hidden treasure when it comes to Massage places. I went with my daughter as a pre-birthday gift to her on Sunday 9/26. The sign on the street said $15 dollars - if it is too good to be true then it most certainly is. Inside the store the sign says $20 dollars for 30 mins, of course we upgraded to a 60 min massage for $25 apparently you have to present a coupon to get the $5 off. Fortunately we were with in the coupon time frame. They offer several of low price massages on there menu of services. The atmosphere is calming & relaxing the restrooms we clean. The part that is wrong is when I left I had a tip in hand for my massage therapist and my daughters therapist after handing the $3 for each therapist (which is 15% tip for a 20 dollar massage). We were told by the therapist that the store CHARGES $5 for a TIP. We are in the USA no one CHARGES a TIP a TIP is a gratuity not a charge. Even though the massage was Great We'll definitely NOT be supporting ANY Business that CHARGES for a TIP. If your prices are TOO low to cover your business overhead, that is not the clients responsibility. If GOD can work off of 10% then so can the service industry. read more

I'm sure I must have had the same lady as Karen A. I went to get a massage in pain and left in pain. The customer before me was running out and I think he stiffed the lady on the tip. She made me pay before I received my service, that should have been my warning. I got a lot of elbow rubbing. I directed her hands to the spot in my back that was having spasms and she ignored it. The closest I got to massage was the use of the stones. The only cover was a regular size towel. If I hadn't been in such pain I would have walked out but I'd paid. Not going back. Trying to find another place to go. I'm going to have ot disagree with 4.1 rating. read more

Awesome place if you need a massage and don't have the funds to go "all out". $40 for an hour or hour and half is absolutely AMAZINGGGG. I've been here twice and have had two different women massage me and they are really good and will take care of any stress or tension you have aka they're super strong. I found this place because the place I usually go to was booked. .. let's just say they have a new customer. I came in at 4 pm with my fiance and was seen right away. The massage was absolutely amazing and I have no complaints at all regarding that... The only issue was we had to be in separate rooms for the massage, but hey the massage was so good that it's fine with us, we will return. read more

This place is awesome! They are soo friendly and cheap! You can get a whole hour for only $35 :D. I really like the combo massage it's so relaxing. They all make you feel really comfortable. The only thing is that I don't like the deep tissue massage, I personally like a lot of pressure to the point where it hurts but that's just me and they don't put enough pressure. I can't feel the difference. They also don't speak english very much for those out there who care (the english part doesn't really bother me). Either way this place is great for a nice relaxing massage :) I go at least once a week! I've been coming here for the better part of 8 month. When I first started coming,it was great. They had quality therapist who took the time to make you feel good. Lately (past 3 months) they've changed therapist or they have moved on. Now, most of the male therapist left don't know how to massage at all. Rubbing the same spot over and over isn't reflexology. Please bring back Lily and Owen and Yuyo. I'll be looking for a new place soon. read more

Terrible experience. The woman was sweet that's the only reason why I stayed. She also didn't even speak English or understand when I was telling her she was hurting me. I was never once comfortable. Her nails were long so she was scratching up my back, 90% elbows so she was just pushing on my bones. I felt like I was in more pain after I left. read more

I was in Carson & found this place on here (yelp) & it had a good review so I called to try to make an appointment & they said they could take me right then. I drove immediately to it. They offer plenty of low price massages. Lowest price's I've seen anywhere as a matter of fact. I paid less than $50 for a FULL Body massage for 75 minutes! The atmosphere is calming & relaxing. & the prices are so low I will be visiting them at least once every 3/4 weeks to treat myself. I had a woman do my massage & she did it well. I suggest this place to anyone looking for a Great massage for a low price. I'll definitely be going back again & again. read more

They have done a little remodeling, making it more private for customers. I got the 40 minute massage, for $33, full body (not including feet). That lady rubbed me down like a champ! One star for cleanliness and one for kindness. As far as the massage goes it was easily the worst massage i have ever gotten. I really feel like i wasted money and time getting oil rubbed on me. Out of 60 min about 10 minutes contained (decent) pressure. The rest of the time i was petted and rubbed down . it also took her 10 min to wipe the oil off with a towel. If you like a soft weak massage this place is for you. If you want your aches and sore muscles worked on, don't bother. I feel bad for writing this review. They were really nice otherwise but nice doesn't make my muscles feel better. read more

this was my first time coming here, i paid $30 for a hour but disliked that they would leave for 5min to do something within my hour, also when i left they tried to force me for a tip. they said its 20% of what i paid i explained what a tip was & that ididnt HAVE to leave a tip. and they started cussing at me cause i didnt want to leave a tip after they tried forcing me to leave one. they said it was mandatory to leave the tip when its not. never coming here and i dont recommend. read more

I ran into this place a couple weeks ago when I was visiting LA, and it was AMAZING! My feet and leg were so sore due to a long hiking. The experience was quite relaxing, with soothing music playing at the background. I went for the foot massage. Staff was very nice and showed me the foot reflective zone graph. My feet felt better after the massage. Definitely will go there again soon to try the full body massage. read more
