She then lead me to the room told me to undress and just wait so I did that laid down and waited, so when the man that was going to massage me walked in and instead of saying "hi or hello" he said "omg" and let me mind you I'm a full figured woman but that doesn't mean that you walk in and say that. Forced us to go into a couples room when my friend and I asked for 2 rooms. Massage was decent. My lady was hard working. Sadly she didn't check on me at all about pressure but I think it was due to language barrier. She has a firm style which was fine for me. She was breathing pretty hard at the end. Also she seemed like she is new because she didn't know their procedures and had to keep asking the other masseuses. We got 90 min with the foot soak. It was a nice touch except with legs bent up on table into bucket was a bit uncomfortable. We laid face down on warm sheets and was covered with sheet. Let the massage begin! If you don't like a hard massage, say it and don't be shy. They do ask if it's too hard and don't underestimate their strength...you might feel like you've been on a brawl lol! It's a good hour of massage and relaxation and surprises if you're like us who did it the first time. What companies need to understand is that tip is separate from the price for services. Do not get me wrong, I tip!! They don't ask where you would like your massage to be focused nor do they introduce themselves. They just walk into your room and do the massage no introductions very unsettling. Prices are fair, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Massage therapists here vary from very good to not so great. What makes it a one star is the experience you have at the front desk. The lady who runs the place is just a very unhappy person. She will huff and puff if you hand her a credit card for payment. She will warn you about the $1 fee for using the card and get visibly upset if you accept the fee. She clearly wants cash. On more than one occasion I have scheduled myself for a massage in the evening after I get off work. Every single time, they must have been slow and wanted to go home because I got a call every time telling me to come earlier. When I say I will try my best, she again becomes upset. If you do not want to work so late, change your hours or do not agree to the evening appointment when I am scheduling. Tell me you cannot stay that late. I had been going there on a very regular basis to get (specifically) a foot massage. Even though I am paying full price for a body/foot combo massage, I want only my feet massaged. When I ask for this, feet only, the lady at the front desk again becomes upset. She tries to talk me out of it every time. I ask her why, if I am paying full price, should I not be massaged where I want? She argues and fights with me. This has happened on more than one occasion. Bottom line is, while you can get a decent foot massage here (they are not so great at the body massage), the constant negativity from the lady at the desk is just not worth the hassle. Finally today, I just walked out. I had an appointment for 630pm, wanted 90 minutes, that is what I scheduled. I got the usual call demanding I come earlier. I could not. When I arrived at 625 for my 630 appointment, she was upset. When I said I wanted 90 minutes of feet only, she told me no, only 60 minutes. I asked why, if I am paying for the 90 minutes, and she said because they want to go home. Mind you, they are supposed to close at 9pm, one hour after I would have finished my 90 minutes. I finally decided it was not worth fighting with this woman every time I came in and I just left. Maybe when they learn the first thing about customer service I can return. The massage beds were lower than typical ones, but it wasn't a problem at all. We started with the massage a few minutes late, but it still went a full 60 minutes! This would be my first negative review on Google especially for an establishment that I had an amazing experience at months ago, in which Kason massage techniques were amazing. I dont think I've ever a bad experience anywhere as I did tonight. Because there are good people working here I will stick to facts refraining from the embarrassment and disappointment. This time around I decided to use a Groupon. I called to appoint w/ Kason using my Groupon last Thursday but was told I'd have to come in Friday because he was booked. Friday I endured over 1 1/2 hours of traffic to get there to find out he wasnt available. I was told by a woman I havent seen around that they didnt know when he'll be back then it changed to he's not coming back to you can't select who you want if you purchased with a Groupon. No courtesy call was made b4 I made the long trek down the 405. Around 6:50p I was offered a female masseuse who I declined due to the amount of pressure I truly needed for my appointment. I was then offered an 830p appointment with another male; however, I couldn't wait around for nearly 2 hours. I called Groupon to get a refund who apologized and reimbursed me for my gas as well. NEED TO KNOW: 1)I suggest confirming your masseuse is there before driving there. 2)if you appoint with a specific masseuse from reading reviews dont expect that person to be available for your scheduled appointment 3)the staff is usually kind, if not there's no manager on site to assist.
