Based on the rave reviews, I made an appointment with Elizabeth for my first time ever Botox injection to smooth the "elevens" or frown lines between my eyebrows. Elizabeth recommended using Dysport instead of Botox and said in her experience, the results would appear more quickly. Well, 3 months later and I'm still waiting! Instead of smoothing my "elevens" each of my eyebrows began to dramatically raise up in an inverted V anytime I made a facial expression. My husband said I looked like I'd seen a ghost lol. And, there was only a barely visible change to my "elevens." read more

I found skin 365 on yelp after I had a bad experience with fillers elsewhere. I called in a panic and they got me in within a day to see Nicola. I was so pleased with Nicola's honest feedback and approach, that I made Skin 365 (and Nicola) my new go to injection specialist. That one appointment has since brought me back 10+ times and I'll never go anywhere else. Nicola truly cares about her clients and their desired results. What impressed me so with Nicola is the time she spent educating me on treatments, results, techniques, and options. In addition to Nicola....the whole office is amazing! During my first appointment, I mentioned to Nicola that I had had some hormonal/autoimmune problems which caused melasma on my face. It was embarrassing and affecting me quite a bit in my work and personal life. She also noticed this and suggested I microneedle for 6 treatments over a period of 6 months, which I did. Not only did it get rid of my melasma mustache and cheek spots, it reduced my pore size and erased many fine lines. I have received so many complements on my skin since I completed the sessions. I could not be more pleased! (Plus, the sessions aren't too expensive- especially considering I would have spent more to get those lines filled/Botox) I'm now doing my "booster" which is 2 sessions over two weeks twice a year to keep my skin in top shape. (See pics) Once I completed the microneedling I asked Nicola to fill my cheeks (Since the last place I went to was mediocre at best and they just didn't look good) She had just completed a new training on how to best fill cheeks to achieve the perfect highlight on your upper cheek bone and to achieve perfect symmetry. I am so impressed with how much ongoing training on the newest techniques the 365 team gets - it shows in my results! I've been getting fillers for years and I've never had my cheeks look this good. On to lips....again I had poor experiences elsewhere and I swore I'd never do my lips again. Enter mid-30's.....I needed a little plump in my lips. I told Nicola i didn't want the duck look and wanted them very natural. She used a cannula which caused no bruising. At all. At the other places I've gone, I left so very bruised. My the results with Nicola were amazing. So natural, they look hydrated, and they still looked like me! I've since gone in for Botox/dysport, additional cheek fillers, derma-planing, and of course microneedling. Although a poor filling experience got me to Skin365, I'm so glad those poor fillers happened! I can't be more thankful to have found Nicola, her expertise, and the entire 365 team. read more

Yumi Sasaki is the best esthetician I've ever had! First off her own skin is the post board for what regular anti-aging treatments can do - smooth, porcelain like skin, flawless! I've been seeing her since she started working at Skin365 and my skin has never look or felt better! She is the queen of post needling peptide infusions that speed the result I'm looking for along and it lasts!!! No matter how many extractions she's done, I leave with no redness or puffiness, my skin is rehydrates, smooth in texture and honestly I could walk the red carpet that evening after she's given me a facial. I've gotten into the habit of seeing her once a month for the most part and each visit she does exactly what my skins needs at that time, sometimes its a peel followed by an infusion of vitamins, antioxidants and peptides, other times it's a supreme brighting treatment that totally customized for my skin. When I first started seeing her I had a lot of pigmentation and problem areas where skin texture was a bit tough and dull in appearance. Now my skin is consistently smooth and radiant. My tone is even and I feel great walking out the door with just sunblock no makeup. Elizabeth is amazing!!! Yesterday was my 2nd visit with her for lip fillers. My first visit was 5/14. The consultation was very thorough and professional. She numbed me with both a topical ointment and a dental blocker. For both appointments. Barely felt anything. Just a few pinches here and there. She suggested Juvéderm Ultra Plus for the goal I wanted to achieve. I am so happy with my results, can't wait for the swelling to go down. Each visit I got one syringe, so a total of two. The staff are great, they have an awesome point system that saves you some extra cash. I am going back for a follow up in two weeks. I will be getting Botox in my jaw area for tmj. Have you ever googled "filler necrosis"? No one wants to talk about it, but filler can be quite risky, especially in certain areas! The nurses here are extremely educated about facial anatomy, and how to help reduce risks. I'm in the business, and I respect that Jolyn and her staff are believers in sterile technique, and they are highly trained in the latest, safest techniques. Many injectors don't even mention the risks (although it's in small print on the forms you sign). JoLyn is also an artist! She has an amazing eye- she will point out areas that are fixable, many you've never noticed before! All the staff I've met here are genuinely good people- kind, caring, not pretentious! I cannot say enough good things about Skin 365 and Elizabeth she took the time to find out what my concerns were and was able to transform my chin into the chin I always wanted with filler. I also had Botox placed in my forehead to give me a more youthful look. Nicola is awesome! I just had a microneedling facial done and while the sound of it makes ones toes curl it was actually extremely pleasant. The staff was very kind and courteous and Nicola took extra care to make sure my questions were answered and fears were assuaged. I was placed in a room with soothing music and the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on. A cool numbing gel was placed on my face prior to the procedure and gently removed after about 10 minutes. The microneedling procedure began which involved using an electronic pen with several needles that rapidly moved over the skin. It sounds terrible but felt like a gentle massage. After the procedure a peel was placed on my face for a couple of minutes which felt a little like cayenne pepper but didn't last long and was completely bearable. I was in and out in an hour and left with my face looking like I had the rosy glow of a day spent at the beach and the smoothness of a baby's bottom! Definitely recommend it! I wasn't going to write this review until my experience today with Jolyn. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. First I call to schedule an appointment with her for a simple lip dissolving, which she has previously filled. Inwas told Jolyn does not see patients after 5 so they scheduled me with Elizabeth. As I arrive to my appointment I'm waiting to be seen and surprisingly Jolyn calls me in. I told her I was not expecting her to call me in because they said she doesn't see clients after 5. She rudely respondes that she doesn't and that her family comes first and she would rather be with them but she stayed for me!! (Unprofessional) I told her I wanted to a little bit of dissolvant to dissolve my lips. She did not listen to my concerns and went on and on about how my lips were filled 7 months ago and that I dont need dissolvant unless I want to dissolve my own collagen! Or unless I had them filled somewhere else. Her comments were totally unprofessional rude and careless!! She had the nerve to tell me as her client that I am not unhappy with the results and I just want to see someone else. At this point I was so upset I requested to see the Dr whi she was working under. She continues to be rude and careless and walks to the front desk telling the girls not to give me my medical records anymore that I will wait to see the Dr. As she is rolling her eyes and making rude facial expressions as if I cant see her. What kind of license person are you. First off I am a regular client of skin 365 and spend alot of money there! I did not deserve this type of behavior from her. Today she showed me she does not genuinely care about her clients. If you are going to be upset at your clients for being unhappy with your work then maybe you shouldn't practice aesthetics. It's not about you being happy with your results. It's more important that your client is happy with your work! read more

I've been reluctant all these years and after hitting 35 felt I could benefit from seeing 365 skin care. Did some research and heard great things about them. I will start with the good: - Nurse Elizabeth was great. She listened to my patient, she was professional, and she was skilled. It was my first time trying fillers and I was extremely nervous, she put me at ease. - They use a tool called a cannula which is less invasive and less painful than a hard, stiff needle. They also numb the area of treatment which reduces pain. I was told that although fillers are usually good for up to a year, because of the area I was having done, it would likely only last around 9 months. I appreciated the transparency. Areas of improvement: - This place takes a $100 deposit to even book a consultation. Although I decided to come back in for treatment and therefore use the $100 towards it, it is still unclear to me if it was even refundable, and they certainly didn't ask if I wanted the refund when I left undecided after the consultation. - For the first couple months after the treatment, there were lumps at the injection site, and it was much worse on one side of my face. I'm assuming this was filler, the nurse did say there would be swelling for a couple weeks but this lasted at least two months. Luckily it wasn't super noticeable but it was annoying nonetheless. - It has been only 4 months since my treatment and I feel like the filler has completely dissolved already. This really sucks considering the price of the treatment - No weekend appointments, for busy professionals you will have to settle with a lunch break or try to cut out of work early in the day (as they also don't open every early in the morning). Overall, I am not sure if I would go back for this procedure. It looked great for about a month in between the not-lumpy and the not-dissolved phase but it just wasn't worth the price. read more
