I have been getting massages for 42 years and this was the most painful and weird appointment in my life. My neck and shoulders on my right side are giving me trouble now. I go to atm then drive to them. I go inside and then get led in by the same lady who did me last time n then suddenly was told 30mins ok? I was like, no im here for the hour. I said no thx. She told me I was too late...i told u it wpuld have been noce to know that before i came. She tried to convince me to stay for 30 mins because "young lady"...trying to tell me its a young lady that will do it. I could understand their Chinese and that young lady didn't want to do it...dunno if she judged by looking at mr but she gave it a soft pass n retreated back. This I felt was very disrespectful. Seems she chooses her customers. I mean, you're already closed from the business hours posed (again which I didn't know..thought it was 10pm) so I don't see why they couldnt--not angry about this tho as they have the right to choose the time to do extra or cut it short. These businesses are about customer service. While I don't blame them for their hours, they should say that stuff on the phone before I get there..any culture/country has that courtesy to state things before wasting others' time. I dont think I'll be going back as they made me waste my time and the young girl's cold attitude of denying me was very rude. She was okay looking, I'll give her that.. but I'm not here for looks or anything else...im here for a massage n to try all persons n ultimately choose who I want to regular with. i'll start with the positives: easy parking, clean facility, and friendly staff…read more unfortunately, my experience overall was very disappointing. during the massage, the therapist left the room twice, and at one point a man knocked on the door, both of which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. more importantly, the massage itself was not what I requested. I booked a deep tissue massage, but the session consisted mostly of stretching and pressing rather than actual deep tissue work. I left feeling unsatisfied and confused, especially given the high rating of this place. I'm not sure if I just had an off experience, but based on this visit, I wouldn't return.
