I visited this place because I had been dealing with shoulder pain for days. The chiropractor was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me with my tendinitis. She also suggested ultrasound therapy, which surprisingly made me laugh because it caused involuntary twitching. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! I'm definitely going back for a check up read more

I have never been to a chiropractor prior to yesterday. I had a stereotypical negative view of them based on things I have heard but I was in a situation where I could no longer walk without a lot of pain, let alone jog. I had been jogging through the pain and taking OTC pain meds to manage the pain. Two days ago I could barely walk. My PCP referred JM Chiropractor and I called them. They were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Joanna welcomed me and started telling me what she would be doing, based on the information I provided via my online check in. I had many questions and she was very patient, answering all my questions and concerns. As she went through each step of working to loosen up the offending muscle and relieve the pain in my back she explained everything she was doing. Upon completion, Dr. Joanna took the time to answer other questions that I had prior to my departure. She explained stretches I needed to do on a regular basis to help alleviate the remaining discomfort and how I should proceed with regards to my working out and jogging. While I wasn't expecting to walk out of the office and jog to my car I was very happy to walk out with so much less pain than when I walked in. I was able to do a two mile brisk walk today with very limited discomfort hopefully on the road back to jogging and the follow-on recommended stretching exercises immediately helped. My first experience ever with a chiropractor was a very positive one. Thank Doc!! read more

She really fixed my COVID-19 pain in the neck. Had one adjustment and several follow up therapeutic massages. Definitely a God send!

I just went to my first appointment today and the dr. Was so nice! She was understanding about my limits and my pains and knew exactly where my pain was generating from. I felt so good after the appointment I came home and fell asleep! I didn't feel pushed into buying a package or paying up front for visits. The adjustment price was very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone having back pain. This facility does acupuncture and cupping. She also adjusted my knees and ankles which I didn't even know that they can do! 10/10 highly recommend j&m chiropractic!
