This review is long overdue! I have been seeing Dr. Ariana for two years now and she is the most incredible chiropractor. She is small but mighty! Her adjustments are great, and I love that she also does soft tissue work. I have tried other chiropractors in the past and I just could not get the relief I needed. My wife and I are both registered nurses and value health and wellness. We decided in addition to our workout regimen, a chiropractor would be the next thing to add to achieving some of our goals for recovery and preventing chronic pains as we get older. I was a bit hesitant at first as trusting someone new with adjustments feels so vulnerable and nerve wracking, but Dr. Censullo has been amazing in every sense of the word. She listens to what you need and is very attentive and knowledgeable. The adjustments also feel gentle and not as aggressive as another chiropractor I've had before and some videos I've seen on the subject. The sessions are short but very effective. I especially like the use of the massage gun to help loosen up before the adjustments. It didn't take long to really notice the difference in my neck and shoulder both of which I've had issues with since high school (31now). The facility is also very clean and soothing with a very modern vibe. Good music always playing during the sessions is also a plus! Oh man- where do I start! I heard about Dr Censullo from a fellow Crossfitter and I took a chance and made an appointment. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I'm a very active person- my job is strenuous, I CrossFit and I run. So I'm sore pretty much every day haha. Dr Censullo has made a tremendous difference in how I feel day to day. I honestly don't know how I functioned without her. For example, I've always had knee pain and discomfort with squats. This past week for the first time since my knee surgery in 2008, I was able to squat with no knee sleeves and had absolutely no pain or discomfort. My visit to Censullo Chiropractic was exactly what I needed! First of all Dr. Censullo's office looks great! I was experiencing headaches, as well as very sore shoulders, traps and neck. She started by spending time examining me and walking me through her process which was very informative. She used cupping & massage to perform soft tissue work on my traps and neck which felt great. What a difference a great chiropractor makes! I've been to at least 5 other chiropractors in my life, and they were all pretty basic. Dr. Censullo is very thorough, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to about the issues I was having throughout my body. The first session was a bit of "good hurt" and soreness the following days, which means whatever she did is working. Two days out, and I am already seeing noticeable difference in my challenge areas. This review is wayyyy over due!!! Dr. Ariana has done magic on my body's recovery. I suffer from a discrepancy of 3cm on my right side and I suffered from lower back pain for years. Although I have tried different chiropractors it seemed like they where all the same, just a couple cracks and they'll send you on your way. Dr. Ariana is different, no she is not gonna do to you what you see in tik-tok videos lol but she will make a plan for you and a clear part to recovery. But dont forget that chiropractor doctors aren't magicians and we need to do our part at home too. I know its hard sometimes to trust after so many disappointments, but give Dr. Ariana a try and see for yourself. Her patience and knowledge makes you feel right at home. One last thing i wanna mention is that she is great working with pregnant women. I found Ariana while searching for a prenatal chiropractor. Ive read how helpful it can be in prepping for the process of labor. Everything was very thorough from consultation to explaining what she was going to do and even things I could do myself at home if a pain persisted. We have been coming to Censullo Chiropractic for a couple of months and Dr. Ariana is amazing! We initially came in after my youngest daughter had a fall and she was able to treat her. Not only that she had helped so much with her pigeon toe walking! It's amazing, never thought that Chiropractic work would make such a difference in her walking. BEST CHIROPRACTOR IN TOWN! . The chiropractors I had before usually spent about just 10-15 minutes cracking my back and then putting me on a roller bed after. I went to Dr. Censullo with my wife for the first time today and she took 45 minutes on each of us to diagnose where our pains were coming from and gave us customized treatments. She not only just gave us the basic treatment, but she provided us an alternative ways to fix our pains on our own. . I normally don't write reviews like this but she really deserves 5 stars. This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor in my life and it has really made a differnce in a few days! I was a bit nervous at first because I am not a big fan of popping sounds in my body, but I havent been sleeping great at night and felt stress on my neck from working at home, so I convinced myself the benefits after will outweigh my initial thoughts. The process was very easy! I filled out a forum online of areas I felt like I needed the most adjustment on and when I got there Dr. Censullo walked me through why I might be feeling stress on my back and neck.( it was list of stuff like sports, bad posture, my desk being low) it's great to be aware of these thing now to prevent anything further from developing. Nonetheless, after getting a deep tissue massage with, cupping, and adjustment I have been able to sleeping 100x better than I have before and not wake up with a sore back. I also dont feel as limited in my range of motion when I stretch or play golf. What I like most about Dr. Censullo practice is her transparencey. She guides you through what she is going do and why she is doing it. Had my first ever chiro appt here this past week and have to say I really enjoyed it. I'm 6'4 and over 220 lbs, but that was no problem for Dr. Ariana, as she was able to treat my hips, spine, neck and back with an array of techniques. My girlfriend had an appt as well and she greatly enjoyed hers and had different techniques used that suited her. The new office was very clean too and everything sanitized. I've been to many chiropractors. And NEVER have i experienced such attentiveness. Dr. Censullo is amazing. I truly believe her background with physical therapy benefits the visit. She is not just crack them and go type of doctor. She is more of lets find the problem and fix it.
