Sandy is incredible! I've had really bad knots at the top of my back/base of my neck my whole adult life, and after a 90 min deep tissue massage here I feel so much relief. She has a happy and kind disposition, which I found welcoming and calming. I believe she is as intuitive as a masseuse as she is emotionally empathic. My left lower back to glutes have been bothering me since my belly popped a month and a half ago. I finally made an appointment because I had not been feeling well recently, and all my symptoms seemed to benefit from some lymphatic support. This massage isn't like traditional massages; it uses light pressure to mobilize the lymphatic system, which lies directly beneath the skin. I was fortunate to find Sandy and secure an appointment within days. Sandy's booking system is very user-friendly and efficient. The layout of Sandy's space is very private, and I instantly felt comfortable within the environment and with Sandy herself. She double-checked that I understood the lymphatic massage process and inquired about my symptoms. Although I had never experienced lymphatic drainage on my body--only on my face during facials--I had read about the technique and believe Sandy is an excellent therapist. She shared some information about lymphatic drainage and tips on how I can perform it on myself at home when needed. While most massages make me feel relaxed and sleepy, this particular massage gave me energy. I believe it cleared toxins and metabolic waste from my body, which may have been causing fatigue for some time. Fatigue has often been an issue for me since I also have autoimmune problems. Over the past week since my appointment, I have had an unusual amount of energy. I don't drink caffeine but instead practice breathwork in the morning, along with meditation, to wake up. I can honestly say that the massage enhanced my daily ritual. I feel clear-minded, have been sleeping better, and my joint pain has significantly improved. I noticed immediately that fluid retention in my torso and under my eyes was also reduced. What a blessing! I'll definitely make another appointment soon because it has been so beneficial to my health.
