After my accident that recently happened a few days ago. I thought about trying for a massage to help with some pain I had. Lily did an amazing job. She did an oil back massage on me and I didn't realize I was so tense on my lower neck and back. She got rid of my knots! I would highly recommend Lily and this massage place. Very clean sheets, comfy pillows, and relaxing music. Friendly environment. I really like that she didn't pressure me about the tip but suggested it. A little suggestion, moderate parking. read more

Nice as always No nonsense well trained masseuses Clean and pleasant environment Never felt like they were rushing read more

Listen Carefully, be ready to be harassed. Come here if you want to leave more stressed than what you came in. -They are chit chatting the entire time at the front in loud voices. -As soon as you open the door to exit from your massage there will be the masseuse blocking the door with a tiny cup. -The masseuse waits to hear a response in the tip before she moves. -I then handed a tip and she kept saying more, more, more. Final comment, I don't understand how this place is in business. All the unpleasant reviews are spot on. read more

Just don't go! To begin they are rude chatting up in their language making you feel like they are talking about. Next thing up when u leave they pressure you to give them tip. You get put in an uncomfortable position bc if you didn't like the service why tip? To add I decided to tip and she says "only that" like ewww you don't do that. Overall I give this place a 0!!!! read more

Went to this place trying to relax and get a massage. When I asked if they could see my husband and myself the lady I'm the front said there was time for 1 person. As I sat outside waiting guys come in and they get seen. I asked the lady if she's taking more people in why I can't be seen she said it's too late . Would not recommend if your trying to relax something else is up in this place after hours. Weird vibe. read more

DONT GO HERE! They constantly nag for a TIP like they always say! They keep asking you for money like what am I a bank?? I'm not coming back here! No thank you! Also the lady massaging me wanted to jerk me off like wtf? Last time going bye! read more

I wanted to give everyone an update. The manager Ashley reached out to me to apologize for my experience. To make things right she offered me a one hour free massage. I usually get 90 minutes. I was willing to pay the difference. She originally was going to give me another person but she decided to do it personally. Ashley didn't disappoint. The massage was very good and we had a nice conversation during it. I wanted to personally thank Ashley and the owner of reaching out to me and trying to make things right. That's good business. read more

Love this place !!!!! Reasonable prices very nice and clean super friendly recommend gets a little busy mid day

These people don't have any shame in demanding a tip The lady even told me that a $20 tip was standard as I was handing her $10. Made me uncomfortable and I felt sorry so I have her $10 more. TIPs are earned with great service not demanded. Massage was OK not bad I've had better!!!! read more

I used to come here often, but my last trip was a deal breaker. Coco massaged me for 5 minutes, just then leave outside to talk to someone. And then came back demanding tips. I paid for 45 for 30 minutes and when I said I'd just leave and wanted my money back, I was rudely denied and said to either lay back down or leave without my money. Then they just told me to call my bank and cancel the purchase. Honestly it's the last time I go. read more

A shout out to Tina !!!!!!!! One of the best deep tissue massages I've ever experienced. Masseuse was very knowledgeable and had no communication barrier. Never once she asked for a tip throughout the whole experience, but nevertheless, well earned, and was very graceful when I tipped her. Definitely my new favorite spot. Thank you Tina read more

After my one hour massage I feel new again. Really good massage, clean room, friendly stuff. I love this place, definitely will be back.

Rushed, & wasn't a good massage. After 15 minutes that was it & paid $60. They said it was $50 & they don't give change. The masseuse was talking on her phone during part of it, and left the room two times! They wanted more than the $10 tip I gave her & kept pressing so I gave her $20 more & she still asked for more. Also they use rubbing alcohol to clean off the massage oil at the end. Terrible place Don't go here. Much better places in Torrance read more

Great business I will be back !! Loved the service I couldn't ask for more Made me feel comfortable read more

The massage felt rushed through if they took their time I feel like it would be great

I went to massage because I want to relax but this place doesn't have relax , any time customer came in the door have ring or bell to sound and employee talk to loud ,I don't want come back read more

Went into the massage place with my boyfriend to get a 30 minute massage the lady there informed us she could take us both right away, as we were waiting for her to take payment and go into get massage started a lady walks in door asking for Gina and said she called and asked to see if she was working. The massage lady then said she couldn't take us since this lady has appt after telling us she was wide open to get us both in. It would've been great had the lady told us she was booked instead she told us they were free and now they only had one lady available for massage. Who knows if the lady had an appt the girl had no idea and we had gotten there first. Inconvenience and needless to say we went elsewhere to a massage place down the street called New Panda Massage, it was way more professional and the place was more clean, more quaint and seemed more legit. Great massage couldn't say more about it for your budget. Needless to say you guys lost not one but two future clients who live down the street from you. read more

Tried them twice. Each time big problem to communicate; masseuses don't understand basic English, so you can't tell them to avoid a zone or go softer etc... And of course the mere fact that one needs to explain how they need to massage you is a problem to start with. You go there to relax you get out even more frustrated and stressed out. I asked for a one hour massage but after 20 minutes I couldn't handle it any more. Asked to stop, got dressed, paid for 30 minutes and left. Owner didn't even care. Took the money and said bye. read more

Cindy did a fantastic job with me. 100 percent will go back to see her. I challenged her to provide a more aggressive massage and she answered the bell. I appreciate her work ethic and certainly will come back to see her. Got an hour massage bring cash 2$ transaction fee for cards. $45 and $20 for the massage tip. Didn't like that I was forced to pay a $20 tip. read more

Had a great massage here. The staff is friendly and their English is decent. It was cold the day I visited and my masseuse made sure that I was warm and comfortable. At $45/hr it doesn't break the bank. I will return again. read more

Not so bad, but Not great! Price is very good, unfortunately they do cut you time short. I paid for 1hr and got 40-45min massage. I asked for Hot stones, and they were not going to do it, so I had to remind her. I did not like that they request a Tip! My boyfriend was out before me and he had already tipped for my massage, so as I was walking out they stopped me and asked for a tip. My opinion Tip is not an obligation, plus my massage time was cut short. so my massage for 40-45min cost $60 with Tip. Pros: -Massage price $45 -Massage was very good! -Hot Stone available, but must remind them! -Quite -relaxing music -rooms are nice and dark Cons: -Time received 45min massage, paid for a 1hr massage -they have a clock in the room, so it gets annoying specially when you are trying to relax -they will chase you down for a tip -No Aroma Therapy -no heated blankets -you get a small towel to cover yourself -floors are pretty nasty -rooms are not heated -oils used are not scented read more

Great place Great service and frienly staff. I enjoyed my time here. I did not feel rushed and was catered to. read more

This place was bad. Lady stood in the room with me when i was supposed to be changing then she attempted to forced me into leaving her a tip. Telling me it was mandatory read more

Massage was great. Service was horrible. For starters, they don't offer robes and the room they put me in was right next to the lobby! The masseuse came walking in, exposing my bare breasts to everyone waiting in the waiting area!!! Then the masseuse kept stopping in the middle of my session to answer the phone which was in the next room ringing constantly! Great massage but TOO many distractions. Not relaxing at ALL. read more

I've been coming here for 2yrs and my experience has been the best 95% of the times I've visited, I definitely recommend luck massage to any one that wants a great massage in a clean environment w/a professional and friendly staff at a price that I feel is very affordable read more

I didn't even get a massage. Came in for an hr she said no 30 mins I said no I wanted an hour she said no the 30 mins is better than says its $30 and a minimum $10 tip so I had to pay her $40 dollars for a 30 min massage that I didn't even want? Walked out was NOT worth it. read more

I recommend this place, I particularly like Ashley. My only problem is the turnover rate of women. I have a unique sense of what I like and had found that with a woman named Nomi and then out of nowhere she was gone. No explanation or anything just gone, and it's been that way in the past too. read more

In the beginning, it was nice and friendly, I got an 1 hour massage for $45, it wasn't the best massage I've gotten it was just okay and I felt it was only about 40 minutes. Once I was about to leave, they demand a tip, I was going to tip anyway but for them to demand a $20 tip, makes you not even want to at all, so she kept trying to up sell the tip and eventually I just said no because I feel it should be a choice to tip, so after that the lady was rude and I will not be coming back to this place, they've lost a customer and many more, they will make more money without demanding $20 tips and over. read more

Amazing massage! After I got a very professional massage ,I felt so relax. Like a new person. I'm sure that I will be back.

Amazing Massage Affordable Prices ,The Free Hot Stone part massage is AMAZING .Will be coming back .LOVE IT

My first time to Lucky....amazing! I have enjoyed massage therapy for years. This was the best therapeutic massage I have ever had....which is saying something. Very reasonable rates. Easy to leave a big tip. Maybe it was part of the whole experience, but the young lady spoke NO English except to say "thank you". Five star! read more
