I wanted to give everyone an update. The manager Ashley reached out to me to apologize for my experience. To make things right she offered me a one hour free massage. I usually get 90 minutes. I was willing to pay the difference. She originally was going to give me another person but she decided to do it personally. Ashley didn't disappoint. Come here if you want to leave more stressed than what you came in. -They are chit chatting the entire time at the front in loud voices. -As soon as you open the door to exit from your massage there will be the masseuse blocking the door with a tiny cup. -The masseuse waits to hear a response in the tip before she moves. -I then handed a tip and she kept saying more, more, more. Just don't go! To begin they are rude chatting up in their language making you feel like they are talking about. Next thing up when u leave they pressure you to give them tip. You get put in an uncomfortable position bc if you didn't like the service why tip? To add I decided to tip and she says "only that" like ewww you don't do that. I paid for 45 for 30 minutes and when I said I'd just leave and wanted my money back, I was rudely denied and said to either lay back down or leave without my money. Rushed, & wasn't a good massage. After 15 minutes that was it & paid $60. They said it was $50 & they don't give change. The masseuse was talking on her phone during part of it, and left the room two times!They wanted more than the $10 tip I gave her & kept pressing so I gave her $20 more & she still asked for more. Went into the massage place with my boyfriend to get a 30 minute massage the lady there informed us she could take us both right away, as we were waiting for her to take payment and go into get massage started a lady walks in door asking for Gina and said she called and asked to see if she was working. The massage lady then said she couldn't take us since this lady has appt after telling us she was wide open to get us both in. It would've been great had the lady told us she was booked instead she told us they were free and now they only had one lady available for massage. Who knows if the lady had an appt the girl had no idea and we had gotten there first. Inconvenience and needless to say we went elsewhere to a massage place down the street called New Panda Massage, it was way more professional and the place was more clean, more quaint and seemed more legit. Tried them twice. Each time big problem to communicate; masseuses don't understand basic English, so you can't tell them to avoid a zone or go softer etc... And of course the mere fact that one needs to explain how they need to massage you is a problem to start with. You go there to relax you get out even more frustrated and stressed out.
