Horrible! First there's no customer service I called because it was Friday afternoon looking for an evening appt, I realize this is rare. I wasn't near home and needed my nails asap I should have known when they told me to come now. I couldn't but went when I said I was going to didn't ask for my nail or number. When I arrived the lady (I believe her name was Minnie) took me right away, there was a few people getting serviced and she didn't speak to me only in her native language and I realized no one spoke to the customers just to themselves . I got a small gel full set. She didn't use the machine to file down my nails just buff and shaped them. Only time she woke (is when I realized she actually spoke English) was to tell me to go wash my hand and sit over there, she didn't finish my nails she had someone else paint my nails. The Second Lady (older) sprayed my hands with alcohol three times smh, she couldn't paint nails very well and it was the longest 45 mins of my life. The worst place I've been to. I'm big on tipping, I'll tip even if it's not great service but I really didn't want to give them anything. read more

So I'm from Las Vegas I went to visit a friend for a night out in LA. Cute spot the nail techs were all nice. I paid 75 for a mani pedi so much cheaper than my usual mani pedi in Vegas which i pay about 150. I also had my grandmothers 90th the next day so two events that weekend. Well the next morning my gel manicure was already coming off. I was so upset didn't have time to go get it fixed. I may try them again if I'm ever visiting again, but was very disappointed at the result of my manicure. My toes still look great. read more

I had called previous to going. I was just taking my kids to get their nails painted. Something that probably could've been done in less than 20 minutes. And as soon as I walked in, it was two persons working they were rude. They were currently working on one customer, and said it was only by appointments and then said that they were busy that there was only two people working that we had to wait they kept going on and on of excuses. They had us waiting after one customer showed up and they were gonna do her nails first and then do my kids to paint their. It seemed like they were in denial about kids. I even asked directly. I came in yesterday for a mani and pedi basically just a clean up and a removal of my old set without any color or anything mind you. As I was parking I saw a little boy about (17-19) years old sleeping outside in a car didn't really mind that UNTIL the lady in the salon that was just sitting inside on her phone yells out to him as soon as I walk in and ask for a mani and pedi.. 2 young men I've never seen before start getting there stuff and just keep starring at me for the longest which I didn't like. So now I'm worried and feel uncomfortable that these 2 unexperienced boys are going to be working on hands and feet. I'm all for people trying to learn and get experience but I'm just upset I was their guinea pig because they did a very poor and ugly job. The boy working on my feet started without even having me soak my feet first, while he was filing my toes he was going to way too fast that the nail filer went flying, he looks at me picks up first and then tries to continue without getting a new one!!!! Disgusting to say the least! I tried communicating with the one doing my hands saying that I just wanted a clean up of my cuticles and to cut them a nice squared/oval shape without any color or gel and he couldn't even understand that he had to ask one of the lady's there to help out understanding she then turns me all rude and asks like IM asking for too much I also asked for a quick buff and they had THE AUDACITY to charge me extra for that! I couldn't even come to terms with how my nails were turning out I just wanted to get out of there. I left there with literally crooked nails and made an appointment somewhere else as I was walking to my car. OH and they tried charging me $65 for this ugly poor ass job! I went for the last time at the beginning of July, the lady (I never knew her name) that did my pedi took out an ingrown toenail without asking me, it bleed a lot and it was painful. A few days later, I started swelling from the side of that toe. Long story short, I needed two rounds of antibiotics, went to the ER twice, and missed work for one week. Needed to get a manicure desperately and found this gem on yelp not far from my hotel. I was just happy that they didn't require an appointment like most of the salons. I got a basic manicure which was amazingly relaxing and also included a scrub which the woman doing my feet recommended. Great call it remove some rather dry skin I had lurking on my legs and the are both extremely smooth. My feet came out great much better than I came and to my surprise I decided not to put any color or clear polish because they looked nice as is. She said yes, you can come in at 6:30 then changed it and said come in at 6:15. Well we showed up for our pedicure and she said that she could only take one of us because someone else was coming in. I wish I had the courage to walk out and not pay for what they did to me. One of the employees hurt by nail beds on my toes sooo bad. The second and third toe!!! She literally drilled until she touched the nerve. It hurt so much I had a red line on the same toes on each foot!! I told her " stop!! When I first went I was paying $38 for gel pedicure. Then I went again and some guy charged me $40. This recent time I went I was charged $45.
