I'm not sure where to start. My nails aren't pretty and I just got a simple gel manicure. The lady put about 5-6 layers of polish, my nails look thick and lumpy. The edges are a mess, the polish ran to side and she didn't bother cleaning it up. read more

I've been here a few times. They are always very pleasant. Very professional and kind staff. Have to give them their props for operating so safely during this pandemic. They check your temperature, you are required to wash yours hands before being serviced, there is plexi glass between you and the person attending to you, they make sure to space everyone out and of course masks are required. Super good COVID precautions. Everything was wiped down before and after my pedicure. They have poly glass and also they follow the 6 ft distancing rule and don't have everyone lined up side to side like other places. Honestly save your money. Me and my cousin went here for gel pedis and the technician took 15 minutes on our feet and then another 5 minutes to polish us. She wasn't using any kind of gloves at any point in the service. She used the same tools she used on my cousin on me including the file. Our toes were left crooked and uneven. when my cousin asked if she could fix it the tech got mad. And to top it off the gel lifted completely off on a couple toes by the next day. We had to get a polish change somewhere else to fix it. It was honestly a waste of time and money. read more

I've been looking for a new nail shop, closer to my house in by far this is my least favorite one I've come across. I came in on a Sunday morning looking to get a full set short with design. I asked for a design on my nails, and he told me my nails were too short to get a design and getting a design on short nails are ugly. Little did I know he did not know how to do designs that's why he was being rude and insulting. He seemed more interested in the movie that was playing in the background. He showed me a display of 15 designs, maybe three were nice. Since I did not like the designs he had I showed him one from my phone multi-color polka dots. Let's just say he did not give me what I asked for or showed him and I ended up giving my nail design for free. I found them on Yelp. I walked in first thing Saturday. Two women were already there but I only waited about 5 minutes. I got a full set, medium length it cost $22. I was given a water bottle, my niece was offered jolly ranchers. They worked pretty quickly. I was able to pay with my card ($1.00 fee to use it). My issue is I don't like businesses telling me what I can't do and what I can't have (when my request is within reason), because I know, if the price is right, you can do whatever you want. Basically, when the job was done, they told me I couldn't dry my nails with the UV light. Only customers who get gel can. That irritated me, even more so when the fan that they had me use burned out mid-dry. All in all, they were nice, didn't cut me and they seemed clean so I'll probably be back. And I'll just get gel nails this next time... Unless I find a better shop in the interim. read more
