They have plastic bins provided for your belongings to store while lying down on their massage tables (fairly comfortable). LEO has strong, firm but capable hands with the right amount of pressure. Hubby was going to wait for him too but in the interest of time, opted for another masseuse (which he later regretted). I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests. At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip. That made the situation even more uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Overall the environment, the service, and the way the tip situation was handled left a bad impression. I mentioned to H Yang before I left that I was having unusual pain in my shoulder he says it would last 3 days to just put warm packs, so when I got home low and behold the needle was still in my shoulder! I don't know how he could have taken out all those needles and missed leaving one in. It was unusually painful I knew something was off but he did not do a very good job of listening to his patient.
