RESPONSE TO OWNER:…read more To be clear, I have no issue with the screening questions or questionnaire. I am grateful the business has them in place and was able to inform me prior to my service. The issue was, and remains to be, your attitude and the way you handled the situation. You were extremely rude, condescending, and unable (or simply unwilling) to recognize any responsibility for how the situation unfolded.

It was so relaxing and I appreciated that my masseuse asked me questions before about what kind of pressure I wanted and if I wanted a scalp massage. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shoutout but seriously that was the most relaxed I have felt in months. Can't recommend enough!

I reached out again today 8/13 to check availability for next week/weekend. Same thing happened, no answer & voicemail is full. Sent the message at 1:35pm, message was read 2 minutes later. I called again later in the evening. I sent a text at 5:51 letting her know I'm going to look some where else for services. If the customer service is lacking, the actual service probably is too.

During my first appointment, I waited and knocked but got no response. When I called, the therapist realized she had forgotten to schedule me. She felt bad and arrived 20 minutes later, offering a complimentary 30-minute massage. It was decent for 20 minutes, but the last 10 were spent trying to put on my faja, which was quite amusing. On the second day, I had to inform her about the pain I was experiencing since she was only focusing on my stomach. She suggested I keep my drains until Monday, but I left feeling pain and without any relief, missing that 'ahhh' feeling. My husband, hearing my discomfort, found Downey Skin & Body Therapy Clinic, which was open on the weekend. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by what I encountered--WOW, it was incredibly relaxing, and the comprehensive session was out of this world. She also recommended removing my drains to prevent any complications. Additionally, I got my stage 2 faja, which I didn't even know I needed. I left feeling relieved--no more drains and a significant improvement. I've just scheduled my next appointment. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend this place; Lizet, you're amazing!

I made an appointment for a lymphatic drainage massage for my boyfriend and I. It was his first…read moretime I've done it before somewhere else. But this was our first time trying this place out because it kept popping up on my ig page. We asked a lot of questions on the call with Kathy I believe her name is not sure anymore, tried to get as much info on the type of massage it was and what they provided. Long story short we get there and finish our massage and it was a very short basic and simple "Brazilian massage". Now the girl was explaining that we first had to do this one to do the wood therapy one which I was super confused about because I had specifically told the girl on the phone that's what I wanted, anyways point is my bf and I were so surprised and unhappy with the massage we got the girls were literally barely applying pressure it was something I could've done on myself but what made the experience worse was that I was under the impression we would get more for the price we paid. We ended up paying $340 /$170 each for that stupid massage that didn't do much. I tried calling and talking to the same girl who scheduled our appointment again to let her know we were very disappointed after we left and for the price it felt almost unjust. She didn't do much to help tried over explaining how we have to go back to get another massage for wood therapy. Point is I had very high expectations for this place and really wanted to comeback but I was very very dissatisfied with the service we received and felt bad for having my bf pay $300 dollar for something so stupid we had to go book another massage elsewhere that same day!! I was upset at the fact that the lady over the phone didn't explain to us well what it was we would get or what to expect for the price we were paying for. If I had known I would've never booked there. Another thing I noticed after we left was that on their ig page they had posted an ad pricing one session for $95 yet we paid $170ea so that was something I was confused about too. Overall unhappy with how they operate their business.

What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them. The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.
