Walking into the appointment, the atmosphere was very quiet. The waiting area was separated by a bookcase which blocks the rest of the facial area. There is a curtain that divides the "hallway" into the facial area, but no separation between all the beds. The whole service took an hour and I'm pretty sure I was knocked out for how relaxing the service was. My skin was super rough and dry walking into the service and came out moisturized and plump. The price is very much worth the experience and I 100% recommend it!

I always leave with exactly what I wanted and expected. 3. My hair is still healthy after years of dye and bleach. Years ago I used to go to another salon, they would do what I wanted but the health of my hair declined so I wasn't able to grow it long. I recommend making an appointment with Kat. I always ask for Kat cause she always does it perfect. Sometimes she will notice things in my hair that I haven't, like when I need a trim, or treatment. Kat will recommend (uncommissioned) products that are specific to my hair and what it's been through. I really appreciate this because it's allowed me to grow my hair long! Paola has helped me as well when Kat was not able to and did a great job.
