It was very tranquil and I watched vids while the chair massage kicked in. I had two people working on me at the same time so I was done pretty quickly and it came out great. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted: a pedicure with a square shape, and I even showed them…read morethe design I wanted. Unfortunately, from the beginning, I felt like my requests weren't really being listened to. The shape was not what I asked for, and whenever I tried to explain or correct something, I felt like they seemed bothered or frustrated. Eventually, I decided to stop the service because I wasn't happy with how things were going. I then asked if a discount was possible since I didn't receive the service as requested, but I was still expected to pay the full price. I started to cry. I'm not trying to be difficult, but I think customers should feel comfortable communicating what they want without feeling like they're inconveniencing the person providing the service. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I don't think I'll be returning.

Enter Briana! I found her on here, went to her instagram, checked out her photos, and booked an appointment pretty much immediately. Her suite being in montebello and only a 10 minute drive from me was also a huge plus. So I went on 4/26 (Sunday) at 10am. Location has plenty of parking since it is in a big shopping center. Upon entering I realized there were other services at this address (brows and hair). Anyway, Briana arrived promptly and we got started! Since it was my first time I was super curious and asking a bunch of questions and Briana was very kind and answered them all for me. She was super friendly and professional and we had a great conversation going throughout my appointment. Speaking of appointment, let me share what I had done! I ended up going with a gel manicure and pedicure. I was unsure about what color to choose so Briana helped me decide based on the dress I will be wearing for a wedding I will be attending (in Hawaii). And yeah, she did my fingernails first followed by my feet. Great experience overall, I will definitely return when I want to get them professionally done again! Thank you for the freebies too!!
