What upset me is not about the price at all. What upset me is the business basically lured customer in with the pricing they have in mind and expected then make them feel like the service that they put on the website is incomplete one. Then she told me ( the front desk I assume the owner) how the rent/ labor/ machine costs so she can't do the price on the website which I found unprofessional, clients come for the service you posted on your own website and then you said the service on it is not good enough and you want to upsell your potential client for more and that's how you'll lose them. I left and they call to give me better deal but it's already waste my time driving 25 mins there and drive back for nothing. I booked us the Deluxe Pampering Scalp and Facial treatment for 75 minutes, but after a thorough exam of both our heads under their digital scalp microscope, our specialists recommended the 90 minute Premium Special Treatment and Facial. I've known my scalp had its issues before coming here, like crazy dandruff, and a mix of oily and dry scalp issues from all my time in the sun and not knowing how to take care of my hair and scalp. I was surprised to see a lot of redness on parts of my scalp, too, so I was happy to pay a little extra to do the Premium Treatment. My bestie had dry scalp as her issue, and our specialists, Nina and Sue, recommended and went over different products for us, catered to our unique scalp issues.
