Terrible service and completely not worth the money. I used to come here regularly for the $30 one-hour service and always left a $15 tip. But they've completely changed it -- no more back, arms, or shoulders. Now, they basically just tickle your feet for $30 and demand more tip on top of it. They're extremely pushy. They insist on at least a $10 tip and make you feel uncomfortable if you don't comply. It feels more like harassment than optional. I used to go here very often. The last 2-3 times have been very disappointing. I had one lady do the massage but she kept stoping to answer the phone and charge people. It was definitely not the full time as she kept leaving to do stuff. The next time I noticed they used dirty towels they didn't change the lining on the bed which grossed me out. I tried telling the lady but she kept saying ok ok you lay down. The very last time where I decided not to go back is that my sister and friend both left and noticed lice on their hair. I felt like he was going to break my spine in half. They're obviously not licensed and have no idea what they're doing. I payed for 60 mins and got 50 mins. And to make matters worst they never clean the place, they have spiderwebs EVERYWHERE and in that ghetto private room made from bedsheets I had the luxury of getting bitten 4 times from spiders and when I told the owner she rubbed ointment on it. I told her they didn't do the full 60 mins. She didn't care about that either. She charged me full price and still had me pay for a tip. Pls take this complain seriously for your futures sake! Last night, you were full or maybe understaffed coz the lady behind the counter who pretended not to understand English was the one who handled me. She was front desk, cashier masseuse! She was on the heavier side with blondy dyed hair. From the very start , she was in a rush! Rough ! My friend had a good masseuse. We started together so I could compare . We had the hour and a half at $70. My masseuse would answer the phone in the middle of my treatment, not even washing her hands after. Even in Chinese she sounded was rude and loud ! I am customer who needs full attention. Then she would go out to the counter and come back to resume her massage to me. The other masseuse of my friend didn't do that . Then I even screamed from pain one time coz she provably forgot that I didn't want hard. I told her to slow down.... OMGAd! What a stressful experience. And she even ended at the same time the masseuse of my friend ended ! How can that be when she was in and out of the room from me! She did me a short cut obviously. Then payment came. I paid for my friend with my card, and then loudly with correct English she asked if I should include her tip in the card! WTF!!! So I don't recommend this place. I am sad to leave this review; especially after 14 years of coming to this business for massages. I was really disgusted and upset with my experience yesterday. I will never be back again. I have not been back for more than a year now due to the pandemic, but my back has been hurting so much from being stuck working on a computer daily that I was desperate. I saw that they separated the massage beds and had towels and masks on, so I figured it was okay to try it. Wrong...I was so disgusted the whole time. First, the lady was mad at me for choosing the "$30 option" and kept trying to upsell me the more expensive one with hot stones. She probably thought I was just being cheap, but I genuinely felt more comfortable having her spend the majority of the massage on my feet for as little interaction as possible to my face/head area. I'm paranoid about germs after having Covid a year ago. I was planning to give her a 60% tip because I saw how little business they had (at least when I went in). So the disgusting parts-- one of the men who works there kept coughing up mucus off and on during the hour I was there. He was snorting it out and being super loud. He kept coughing all over the place, and I kid you not...he even did a loud fart! All this noise was more obvious because they did not start playing music until halfway through my massage when business started picking up. I was ready to just walk out because I was so upset. The lady thinking I was going to be cheap did a half-assed job on my massage. She barely used any oil, so it actually physically hurt when she was trying to rub my knots out. She walked away for long periods, and the other workers waiting around for business were being loud watching tv on their phones. She was doing random massage moves on me that none of the others have done in the past. This is what made it super clear that she just didn't know what she was doing. The last straw was when they had more business come in, and one of the customers was being so loud on her phone. Instead of telling her to go outside and trying to quiet her down, the lady just kept going on and on being rude and saying really toxic things about her elderly landlord and her judge ex husband on the phone. I know a lot about her boyfriend now too like how all he ever wears are "crocs" because she was broadcasting it to everyone who was trying to relax. Needless to say, the whole experience sucked so badly when in the past I used to leave feeling fresh and relaxed. I know the quality I used to receive at this location, and that seems long gone now. I can understand if you are new to the place and you don't know any different, but this is nothing close to what it used to be. After the shitty massage, I walked up to the front and begrudgingly gave my $12 tip (40%). Honestly, that tip was not deserved at all. I figured I'd give it as a good bye forever parting gift. Now here I am the day after, and I woke up this morning with a lot of back pain from the unnecessary oiless rubbing the lady did. None of what I mentioned is an exaggeration, and I feel like it's only fair to warn others about how downhill this place has gone; especially since these are some safety issues due to unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions. The price list doesn't quite match what they do. But $20 was perfect for me...a lot of the back and shoulders, legs(front and back), feet, and scalp massage. (Not in that order though!) First timer to "Foot Spa" ...I called in at 8pm and made and appointment for my daughter and myself for 830pm. We arrived at 820pm...we were greeted by friendly staff. We were provided with a price range of massages. Since it was our first time we chose $20 session for one hour in included 40 minutes of foot massage, 10 minutes of shoulder/neck and 10 minutes of back massage. At 830pm we were directed to our stations. I have to say, I was very impressed by the professionalism and how attended both staff were to my daughter's and I needs. Prolly will do it again. It's good to get rid of all the toxins from your body. 40$ is worth doing that for. It was sooooo relaxing & definitely going back. They were very accommodating when we showed up. I had never been to a place like this so I was nervous and did not know what to expect. First of all, we got there close to closing time and they took us in and sat us when seats opened up (4 of us). We were spread out throughout the room and we all liked the staff we were attended by. Your feet, head, neck, shoulders, back, hands, & butt were all massaged. The place is clean & quiet, with a set of reclining chairs on each side of the room. You're in the same room as others but everyone is minding their business relaxing. It's 20 plus tip for the hour - I suggest you take cash, they do take debit/credit cards but the machine was not working so cash is more convenient.
