Body healing- Massage- I just left James at the Downey Wholistic Center. I didn't know what type of massage I would be getting as I don't have any specific issues but my body is sore periodically. James knew just what I needed because I had the most invigorating massage starting from my head and my shoulders down. He worked on lymph nodes and inflammation spots and the touch was perfect. I have been to Downey Wholistic Center a few times. My first experience was for Kundalini Yoga back in 2012. I've participated in a few of their workshops, such as poem class and recently a Meditation workshop with James. I don't often make a presence, but I love to come here when I can. I do want to schedule a Reiki session sometime this year, and I am considering taking the beginning course of Reiki for beginners as well. I find peace here, and an openness. I went in with horrible pain in my left foot due to Morton's Neuroma or ball of foot pain and he's worked on it and now I'm able to walk normal again. Brenda is amazing! The minute I walked in my intuition told me this is where I needed to be. The space is very relaxing and welcoming. Have you ever heard of or even suffered of Sciatica pain? Excruciating. I am not even sure of how exactly did I ended up there, but I can honestly tell you that I was in tears. I trusted James Cisneros with it from the get go based on previous treatment of other less crucial and painful ailments I have had in the past, and I am so glad I did. I decide to give this place a try based on everyone's reviews and they were all right. I was able to get treatment the same day for a shoulder and neck pain I was having for 2 days. I was treated by James and he was able to correct my problem. I felt amazing afterwards and I learned that my pain was due to an old dislocated shoulder injury I had when I was 12. I never realize that my reoccurring pains were due to that injury. I'm going back next week to continue my therapy and will definitely be bringing my family.
