I use to like this place until the chiropractor told me I was taking advantage of him. I was so confused bc I waited for two hours to be seen and I was ready to leave, which I walked out the door and they got me to go bk in. I was in a lot of pain I started to cry. I was literally going to go to the joint bc I just wanted an adjustment. After the chiropractor saw that I was being genuine. He told me I can pay $25 each visit and he would charge my insurance the rest $25. Mind you the Dr. didn't tell me how many visits he will allow. Out of nowhere he tells me I'm taking advantage of his kindness and I need to pay full price! I was so thrown off, like how am I suppose to know when you decide to stop giving me the $25. It's called communication sir and be mature about it don't try to be manipulative and gaslight me bc I was ready to run out the door and go to the joint. Also, I can't read your mind. Communicate be an Adult and tell me you're going to start charging me full price, I paid full price and never again did I go bk. This place can be shady and act kind until the doctor decides to go bk on his word and then blame you for the price he approved. Beware of their shady behavior. I have been coming to Reform for many years and have received top notch quality care. Came in for chronic mid/low back pain and they were very informative and thorough in their treatment approach. The massage therapists, Marc, Jeremiah, Alfonso, Xander Issac all do real great work. Other places its been difficult to get that deep consistent pressure but here they do the deep work. Came in for my first appointment to get a consultation, diagnostic imaging, massage therapy & spinal adjustments. I am very glad I decided to try this place out because the staff here is very friendly and professional. The doctor is also very knowledgeable and well-spoken in educating patients on their spinal health. The massage therapy is not your typical spa massage but a deep tissue type of massage which is painful but necessary to ease the tension in your muscles and tendons. Afterwards, they will have you go through 15 minutes of cryotherapy which will relax you and cool your back/neck in order to decrease inflammation. Then, you will receive your adjustments. After I had my first decompression pull adjustment, I had a muscle spasm in my neck which the doctor kneaded out immediately. After the whole session, I could feel myself stand/sit up even straighter than before and had less tension in my neck/upper back. I had a piercing, throbbing headache that increased over a 2 wk period. Felt like I got hit in my skull with a cast iron skillet, I couldn't sit- much less stand or drive. Went to 2 ER's in 3 days, had IV's of migraine cocktails & other medications, muscle relaxers, prescription sent home, a CT scan & ultrasound. NOTHING helped. The massage therapists (I've had two different ones to date) were so professional, respectful & so caring - as they kept asking how I was doing throughout the session, making sure I was ok.
