I came in asking for a specific perfume and got instantly ignored when I asked the clerk in his face. Then, he kept looking away as he was talking to me. No big deal, probably just cultural differences. He showed me the specific brand I was asking for and I asked if he had samples of them because I wasn't sure what the exact name was within the brand, he asks me, "are you ok with $190? This is $190. I can open it for you to try and buy." Um, no, a simple "no, we don't have samples would suffice." Then he goes through an aggressive pitch which instantly turned us off, and as we were leaving, he tells me that that small bottle is $190, which is cheaper than Macy's. I know for a fact, that the big bottle is around $200, but not the little bottle, so that was a lie and a rip-off. AND, I could go to Macy's and actually smell it before I buy it, and get way better customer service. I'm surprised this store is still standing really. A waste of time, go to Macy's, they may not have as abundant of a selector on of various scents, but at least you'll be treated like a human being. read more

To be truthful they deserve NO STAR. Lousy, Made order on December the 9th, email on same day, No response, on December 14th Email again, no response. This is one lousy business if this is how they operate I'm surprised if still in business, December the 15th, email to cancel order because I have not heard from anyone nor have I received the order , ordered the same product from a reliable company at a cheaper price and order next day was shipped. Racist Rude, Disrespectful Bad Customer Service. STAY AWAY I did check same perfumes for top brands in JCP and Macy's on 2nd floor. I walked in there and had a feeling to support small business. I ask him same perfume and look and feel was different. I was suspicious that he is selling fake brands. I didn't buy fake brand and he got mad. He start talking with his local language with lady. Mr. Abu Got heated when I noticed he gave me the wrong price for a Medium Size cologne for $44.00 But when he rang me up he charged me $59.00 the amount of a Big bottle. I visited the Luxury Perfume store on 5/20/2021 to buy perfumes. I asked for 2 choices, the employee showed it and when I said, "Let me check with my wife" and leave the store, he got upset, stock the bottle back in the shelve, was rude, and talked to next one without saying anyone. I even tried to say thank you to him, but he never looked at my face. I am very disappointed to see this kind of behavior with the employee and customer service. First off, I do not diss honest working business people trying to make a living. However, this is not the case on 03/23/18 a friend and I wandered into this establishment I thought to add a sent to my collection of colognes since we were going to the mall anyhow. He was overly anxious for us to buy something. I smelled his samples he had out and found Jaguar Classic to be to my liking. He told me he would give me a 3.5 oz flask for $42 dollars, he tole my friend and I it sells for $56; he was BEING NICE giving me a DISCOUNT. My friend who was slightly more knowledgeable than I, since he buys more cologne, admonished me not to buy it for it seemed overpriced to him. I purchased it but his words gnawed at me so I went online and checked, it sold between $12-$21 dollars be it online or Walmart (if it is at Walmart how can it be a "luxury" cologne?). I printed out the evidence and went back to inquire why his prices were more than double the average price. He said that was for online only, when I told him that was not true and even off the shelf at Walmart it was nowhere near his price. He rambled on about he had to pay $8,000 rent to remain in the mall. He offered to exchange or something else of the same price. I went online off my phone and checked some of his other colognes and when I found something everyone else was selling for $40 he said I had to pay extra to get that. What he said was a $40 cologne was a $12 cologne everywhere else. I was getting nowhere with him and resigned he was shady and sauced me to pay more than double for a sent I could have gotten much more reasonable at Walmart. IF you plan to shop there, I say go knowing what you want, print out the information as to what the cost really is so when he tried to sell you a sent jacked up 150% in price, you can call him on it, because he will lie to your face that it doesn't cost what it cost, and that he give discounts. Do not go here. The man will lie to you and tell you that you are getting a deal when in reality he's charging you double. Made the mistake of buying a product here and doing my research after the fact. He will tell you a price and then charge you for a completely different price. Do not buy anything from these sketchy people. We bought a bunch of perfume here and when we went to use one it was so old that it had gone rancid. Because we did not have a receipt they claimed they did not sell it to us even though the price tag was like all the others in the store. Don't buy from here, especially if you're new to fragrances. Initially impressed by the many selections available, I started to jot down on my phone a bunch of fragrances which I haven't seen in other stores like Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Doing this seemed to irk the seller and he started to give me some sass and said what I was doing had no point, since I wouldn't buy them all (obviously, but if one is new to fragrances, wouldn't one want to look at many different fragrances to begin with? It's just smart buying.) After I finished my list, I asked the seller, who was in the back casually eating his lunch, if I can try a few testers. To my amazement, he said no, since he said he thought I was not willing to buy anything and that I was basically just a waste of time. The seller refused to let me smell the perfume i asked. He had a tester though. Well, its ok. Then, I asked another perfume to smell. He refused again and said that if i dont want to buy, he did not want to show me the tester. Sounds like they have something to hide. read more
