My husband spent 180.00 on 2 bouquets for Mother's Day. Day four signs of not looking good. By day 6 most of it is dead despite keeping water in vase. The flowers were not an expensive selection considering the price!

I requested some bright colorful flowers added to the succulents I ordered. A dear friend lost her adult daughter to cancer and I wanted to send something a bit bright but respectful. They both love/loved succulents and sunflowers. This was what I asked for : " My friend just lost her 32 year old daughter to cancer. They both LOVE sunflowers (and succulents).. Do you have anything like them? Maybe blackeyed Susan's? If not then smaller flowers in bright autumn colors will work." What was sent were a lot of green succulents. No bright colors. All blah green. $131.00 for a bunch of succulent. I'm extremely upset over this! Of course I received the confirmation of delivery email after they closed today (Saturday) and they are not opened on Sundays. I'm extremely upset. Avoid this business.

Deb's is a local family flower market where they are able to custom create any variety of arrangement. I've come to them for all sorts of occasions, they're my go-to flower shop and I recommend them to all. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

This review has been a long time coming. I've been going to Deb's for years for special occasions where mediocre flowers from the grocery store won't cut it, and their arrangements are always spectacular. Birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, sympathy, you name it, they will have the perfect flowers. Recipients always comment on how beautiful they are, and how they're blown away by how long the flowers last! This past Mother's Day, I went in the day before to scope out flowers for my mom. As expected, they were absolutely slammed by shlubs like myself who waited until the last minute to order flowers, but they were very friendly and efficient in working through the long line. Out front they had an incredible Mother's Day Special on display, but it was out of my budget, so I just requested something along those lines at a specific price point I was comfortable paying, and they said no problem, come pick them up tomorrow morning. When I arrived on Mother's Day to pick up my arrangement, I did NOT expect them to bring me anything close to how perfect these flowers were with what I paid. I seriously thought they might have made a mistake. My mom was ecstatic to receive these, and as usual they lasted for weeks. She even took them on a trip with her 10 days later just to keep enjoying them. Deb's is awesome, and I'm so glad to be a repeat customer for all special occasions!

I recently had a little emergency for my kids prom and Jose was more than willing to help put a little something together for me, and it turned out AMAZING! The team there works fast and such great customer service! I especially love supporting our local business owners. Thank you Jose and everyone there at Deb's Flowers, you guys rock!

Don't let the low ratings fool you! They do a BEAUTIFUL job on their flowers!!!!! Unfortunately a loved one passed away in my family. Our cemetery recommended Deb's Flower Market for our service flowers. We went there before checking Yelp reviews and ordered a lot of flowers. Afterwards, we got home and noticed the reviews. I almost was going to try & cancel our order because I was so nervous. I wanted our flowers for the service to be perfect. Since this is something so meaningful to us, we just wanted everything to look so perfect and was unsure if that could be done because of the reviews. Don't let that fool you though!! Deb's Flower Market did an AMAZING job with our flowers. We were so happy with how the flowers turned out. We worked with Jose. He was very kind and very helpful. Jose designed the floral arrangement for our urn. He used a lot of orchids and succulents on the display. It was very lush and beautiful. We were so shocked with how beautiful everything was. It looked soooo nice!!! My mom was really impressed with the heart floral display. There were dozens and dozens of white roses. Everything was so fresh and so beautiful. The roses were the big white expensive roses too. They used so many roses- there were probably well over 10 dozen roses!! The sprays were also so beautiful. The flowers stayed so fresh for so long. We went a week later, and it was STILL THERE! Everything was perfectly in tact. I was so surprised that after a week later, all the flowers still looked so beautiful. My mom was just so happy and so pleased with how fresh and plentiful the flowers were. They were very prompt with the delivery. It was just well put together- the colors flowed and looked so nice. I highly recommend Deb's Flower Market. The flowers were just so gorgeous and lasted so long. During such a difficult time in our life, we really wanted everything to look perfect and go smoothly. Now looking back at our service, we can smile and have happy thoughts because of how beautiful the flowers were at the service. It just made the service look so nice. Thank you so so much. We were so happy with how everything turned out! I highly recommend going here!!

They always knock it out of the park and my wife loves the arrangements they prepare. I found out about them after ordering flowers from an online site and having Deb's fulfill the order. Next time, I just contacted them directly and it's been great. Normally, I just ask them for whatever is in season and trust their knowledgeable staff. They're awesome!

I ordered 2 of the same flower bouquets for two birthdays via FTD. They sent 1 order to Deb's and the other to another florist in town. I have no idea why. But let me just say it's like night and day. Deb's was just gorgeous. The flowers were fresh and full, held together with the perfect amount of greens. Deb's is now my go-to florist. THANK YOU! :)

As I checked with friends about joining me, I decided to call them to get more information and place an order. Calling on a Monday later afternoon, I learned they were closed and called again Tuesday. The lady sounded busy so I kept the conversation brief in getting her advice in going online. I did this and after reading and navigating I placed my order. After confirming a friend was attending the memorial, I asked him to take a photo for our group. A few days later, I asked him about it and he said there were only a few arrangements there. He didn't see any card or identification on it so perhaps it was handed to a family member. Thank you, Flower Bowl, for helping us with this solemn tribute. My only suggestion is that you consider sharing photos with your customers by email or text when not ordering in person. *** I understood that they were likely busy as I called during the week leading to Valentine's weekend.

My order was taken & I clearly provided the information for delivery (my cc was promptly charged even tho the person taking my order didn't know the exact fee... for a dozen roses...). The destination is a 5 min. drive from the recipient. This costs $140; that's fine. It's important to me that the flowers get where they're supposed to go, WHEN they're supposed to go. That's the whole reason I'm calling a professional florist. They deliver the flowers a day early, seemingly for no good reason. When I realize this, I immediately call to explain what's happened. I could have bought beautiful roses from anywhere else for much less & taken them myself... the TIMING is important in the florist business (I assume?). I calmly ask to speak w the mgr. & I receive pushback. The lady who answers the phn doesn't want to track down the mgr.; I can just tell her about my issue. So I clearly explain what is wrong & (when asked what should be done) that I expect a partial refund or some form of compensation for my $140 dozen roses delivered a day early before Valentine's Day. Ppl make mistakes... but... The sole reason I'm even leaving this review is bc of the lackadaisical, almost resentful tone & attitude of the lady who fielded my call. She is the opposite of what a business owner or founder would want for customer service. If timing is important to you when you order flowers, you might want to avoid this business. That would merit a 3 star review. If customer service is important you, def. avoid this place. This is a 1 star review primarily for the tone-deaf reply I rec'd when I initially expressed my dismay: "well... you know, mistakes happen, & I mean, they were delivered."

Totally different in terms of the shape of the design, amount of greenery, color palette of the flowers, etc. I really liked the asymmetrical and natural style of the online photo while the one my friend received looked like a standard old-fashioned dome shape. Also, I thought the pastel colored lisianthus, astilbe, rosemary, and garden roses were chic choices in the online photo. The bouquet received had brightly colored standard roses and baby's breath that I could have easily gotten at a grocery store. I also paid an extra $20 for extra stems beyond what was shown online. I understand each design is unique and will not match the website exactly - but in this case it was not even close, I would have appreciated a call first if the right person was not available that day to make this arrangement or if they did not have the right flowers on hand.

Please read the 1 star reviews BEFORE using this business - they echo my current experience…read more A friend just delivered their first child and we wanted to send flowers for the celebration. I went online and placed an order hoping for next day delivery. When date selection came up, Sunday was the first available date, okay that works I thought. Sunday comes and no flowers delivered. I was in Vegas so decided to deal with it on Monday. Monday morning I called the shop after 9:00 and received an answering machine. I left a message with my inquiry and requested a call back. 2 hours later after no call, I called again - same routine, answering machine, left message asking again for a call. Around 5:00 Monday, I received an email indicating flowers were delivered. I checked with my friend who had a message saying flowers were delivered but she was at the hospital. Later confirmed no flowers were at her house! Tuesday morning I called the shop again but reached the owner this time. I explained why I was calling, that I was disappointed that delivery didn't occur on Sunday, that received no notification that it wouldn't happen til Monday, that I left two messages on Monday with no contact and that flowers STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED! He then listed the excuses: - his web service showed Sunday delivery in error (prior Sunday was Mothers Day) - he was out of town on Friday and couldn't contact me when he KNEW delivery wouldn't happen on Sunday - he couldn't call back on Monday because he was too busy with orders - he delivered the flowers himself, no answer at house so he left flowers at the door (in this heat??) He made no apology, no offer to do anything else (refund, deliver new arrangement), it was clear my satisfaction was not his problem, he was done! He was so adamant about delivery I said I'd check one more time, but there was nothing. Yesterday I called ONE LAST TIME and received answering machine again (how does he stay in business???) I left a message confirming there was no delivery and that I either wanted a refund or I would dispute the charge with my credit card company - this is where I stand now! As other one stars state, this guy is a jerk, unprofessional and has no commitment to his customers.
