Today, a muslim girl helped me and she was very nice. I specifically asked for 3 different brands of mens cologne, and she brought all 3. She even let me smell all 3 and brought out different sizes. I am a man who likes to wear different scents throughout the day. The best part was that because I liked two, but did not feel like blowing cash on two bottles i probably won't even use completely anyway, she offered to convert them into tiny 0.5 fl oz travel bottles for around $20 a piece. That way, i can see which one of the two i will end up using the most and the next time I will come back to buy the entire 3.4 oz bottle of the brand I used the most of. P.S. not to thread jack, but there is a sign that says no returns, and even on the receipt it will say that on the top. You gotta read the signs people.

We found some fantastic scents! Perfumania has an impressive variety of perfumes for the ladies and colognes for the men. I picked up a bottle of Gucci Guilty, while my sweetheart found a few fragrances with names I can't even pronounce! I took the liberty of uploading a few photos in case anyone wants to check them out. The fragrances were excellent, but what really stood out was the customer service. I'd like to give a special thank you to Rose. She greeted us with a warm welcome, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Outstanding customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. As an added bonus for my fellow wheelchair users, the transaction counters are accessible. Rose even placed the point-of-sale machine on a lowered counter, making checkout much easier for me. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is always appreciated. This Macy's is so convenient. It's located right off the freeway. You can actually see it from the freeway. We've passed by this mall os many times, but this was our first real stop. He's stopped in for Dave and Buster's, we've stopped in for Fudruckers, but never for the actual mall. Parking was a breeze. We knew we wanted to go to Macy's so we parked right out front. We got the closest space to the door. Someone must have just left. Soon as we walked in we were hit by the waft of perfumes. Not the door we wanted to walk into. Men's section was right behind it so that was good. We found a small rack of belts, but didn't see what we were looking for. We kept on our search. We finally came upon the main racks of belts. They are located on the wall next to the underwear, undershirts, socks, and clearance racks. The belt rack lined the side wall. Socks lined the back wall. He looked and looked for the style he wanted and then the size. Sadly he didn't find what he was looking for. The good thing about this Macy's is it's connected to a mall so there were lots of other stores to check out.

So now, the fragrances and undergarments are in one store and the clothing and jammies are in another that will be right in front of you if you're walking out of Victoria's Secret. They're having a great sale on their signature line of fragrances right now - buy 2, get 2 free! Not one to pass up a good sale I picked up two sprays, a lotion and a perfume as well as 5 undies that were priced at 5 for $26 and some change. When everything was added up I owed just $7 after my gift card was applied. The woman who rang me up wasn't overly friendly, but wasn't snippy or rude. The blonde woman who helped me initially was really nice and joked with me a little since my gift card looked so old (and was). I probably come into VS once every couple years. I buy the majority of my unmentionables elsewhere, but I like coming here to get undies and the occasional fragrance purchase.
