I was able to book 3 same day pedicure appointments. They were able to seat all 3 of us but only able to do two people at a time. I didn't really mind just relaxing in the comfy massage chair and soaking my feet while I waited. They were very apologetic and offered us free beverages to thank us for our patience. (Apparently someone broke nails and were in much worse shape than she let on so her appointment ran over.) The pedicure felt good. My toenails look nice. The staff was friendly. I just had a baby and came to Luxe for some much needed pampering. What I got was not relaxing. The person who did my nails was not friendly. The nail polish was all old and dried out. It was over priced for what I got. My nail polish smudged as I was paying. The person tried patching at the cash register. Do not go here! I came with 2 friends to get pedicures and all of us were over charged, even after we pointed out the pricing on their board and somehow they were coming up with a much higher price. So instead of a $26 pedicure, two $3 flower designs and with the addition of what should be a $5 gel add-on and I was charged $46. Each of us had polish on our skin and the staff wouldn't fix our toes and they wouldn't adjust the price. In fact they argued with us about the pricing and how it added up. There are so many other walk-in pedicure spots that you can go to even on the weekend. Do not go to this place, they will overcharge you, be rude to you and did I mention they even ignored us for about 10 minutes after telling us to pick out our polish. Find somewhere else to go, don't waste your time or money going to this place! read more

I came here for a polish change because I went somewhere else a few days ago and was so disappointed. So I walked into Luxe with the intent of polish change but possibly the whole pedicure because, well, why not. So happy I did. I walked in wanting a full set of solar nails with black tips and I walked out with gray and black because the black glitter didn't dry on the nail tip and ended up covering my full nail in a funky grey color. It was not cute at all. when I paid I realized they charged me $460.00! I know it was an accident but really? it was truly insult on top of injury! the credited me back the correct amount but i barley even got an apology. I know its silly but I had to fight back tears as I got in my car, I have three kids and I really don't get much time to do something nice for myself. It was such a bummer. Worst place ever! So I call and make an appointment for a spa pedicure at Luxe and the woman on the phone said she could get me right in which was great. I get there and the two girls that came after me got seated before I did and they didn't even call in. Finally the woman that answered the phone told me to sit in the first seat for my spa pedicure. I was sitting in cold water for about 10 minutes before she came over. Right when she got there and started taking off my nail polish she got up to answer the phone! Not just once but twice!! Unprofessional!! She did a few coats of gel which was nice and I still tipped her because I thought she did a good job at the end. When I got home to take a closer look I realized she didn't even paint all my nails fully! I spent 45 dollars on a spa pedicure that was maybe 10 minutes that was done very poorly! I will never go back! Very rude and unprofessional business! They don't care about their customers! They just get people in do a poor job and get people out! I have been many times over the years. Always quick and acceptable work. Never anything great. Today I had a pedicure, it was the worst ever. Each nail is a different shape and some even look as if they still need to be trimmed. One of my big toes was cut so far back in the corners that it will be a long and painful regrowth. I brought my own gel Polish, which she seemed to not understand how to use. They even charged me the full up charge for the polish. I went to Luxe with a friend on my birthday for some pampering, a pedi and set of nails. I was chatting and didn't notice til later (old eyes) that the excess polish had not been removed from around my toenails. 5 days after my service I had to add polish to my nail grow out because the nails were too thick at the back and looked like they needed a full. I had asked for and paid for gel nails. When I went in for a fill at another salon I was told that my gel nails were solar nails with a gel polish sealer.. Not cool. All of my nails were lifting at my first fill so they had to be removed and a new set put on. Won't go back. read more

Upon arrival I was greeted and sat down, but then last minute they switched who I was going to be with, as the man I was put with did not have time to do a full acrylic fill for the woman assigned to him. When done, my nails weren't the best but looked ok from afar so I decided to leave it alone. Now 4 days later, I have 4 chipped nails and one completely peeled off. This was the worst experience I have ever had. $42 for a 10 minute pedicure with cold water, horrible color choices, and zero experienced staff. We asked for wine and they gave us old boxed wine from 2 years ago that smelled of gasoline. The sign said $25 pedicure, I asked for shellac and they charges $15 extra dollars! Do not go here if you care about what your nails look like and how long they last. I just had THE worst experience of my life getting a gel fill on my existing acrylics. I have never been hurt so much, so often, with each and every nail - the tech was so unbelievably rough and abrasive. On top of that, I lost all of my length! I asked that the nails be evened out in comparison to one particular nail, and she ended up taking them all down even shorter than the one I pointed out. I have zero length to my nails and now have to wait for them to grow to get that back. As for the polishing, base coat was just thrown on haphazardly without coating the entire nail. I have never had a gel polish cure for less than 60 seconds each time but this time each coat only cured for 45 seconds. I had to do so much work on my nails after I got home. The edges were rough. The cuticles were flooded on too many nails. And now, because I believe the coats weren't cured long enough, they have a weird texture to them. I will NEVER go here again and will recommend my friends and coworkers go elsewhere. read more

In fact, the color she applied was clear and I questioned it, she ignored me - told me to wait and wash my hands. Then explained that it was mood changing color. I expressed my concerns that the color was not what I wanted, that I could still see the old color under the nail (because she did a terrible job taking off the old) and she just ignored me and kept filing my cuticles which are now sore, red and look worse than ever before. I have a very mixed review. I went with my best friend as a spa day and we got two deluxe mani pedis. Her guy was amazing and did a lovely job with her nails and massage and they turned out wonderful. My girl was awful. I expected a lot more from her since she said she had been working for five years. She sped through everything, filed all my nails horribly with half of them crooked, the massage was not worth it because she spent three minutes with the sugar scrub on my right leg and half a minute on my left (not even close to being even). She also put so much nail polish on my toes and hands and did it so fast that it wasn't close to the cuticle and looked like it had already grown out some (I do a better job myself). And on my right hand she put the nail polish and top coat so fast that when it was drying it rippled and bubbled and she had to redo the whole hand. She didn't even take me to a hand station and did my mani right in the pedi chair. IT. WAS. NOT. WORTH. THE. MONEY.
