They have a good collection and are located in an upscale neighbourhood in Union Street. A male guy and a woman at the backend helped me find a comfortable pair pants for travel and workout. Their material is fantastic. I had a travel plan for which i was hoping to take these pants but couldn't. They offer free hemming which is what i asked for. They promised to email me when the hemming is complete but I didnt get their email for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, when i called, Kevin said that my pants are ready to pickup. Kevin sent a confirmation email after my call. So if I hadnt called, I would still be waiting for their email. Normally the email is supposed to be sent first to confirm that the hemming is complete. Here I called them and then got their email confirmation. I am writing this experience so that others like me who are waiting for their email, can understand their process and set expectations accordingly. Like I said, I had a travel plan for which i was hoping to take these pants but couldn't. The Lululemon brand is too expensive not to last 2 years. I paid $128 for a pair of leggings and they started to pile and get rough and stitching started to unravel. I report to Lululemon quality and they did not care then purchase was out of the year window. So, my guess is they are stating their expensive product only last a year. I really want to like Lululemon but I feel like their stuff just doesn't fit my body type right! I've come to this store a few times and have found a sweatshirt I like but not much luck with the leggings or athletic tops unfortunately. What is great about this location is the staff! They're always available and willing to help you out and do their best to get you what you're looking for. I was close to Lululemon Store having dinner and wanted to stop by to see what items they had on sale. No shame in my sale game. I went in and we were greeted by a sales associate. I walked straight towards the middle/back area to check out what was on sale. The racks did have a variety of sizes, styles and items at decent markdowns. I did find a pair of shorts on sale at a good price. No one came up to me and asked for personal help or assistance; but I get it- it gets busy. There is a security guard at the store for thief prevention, I get it. Overall - lots of items for men and women. Great sales selection for men and women. After ordering, I received discolored clothes and went to the store to exchange or refund them, but they were very rude and said that the discoloration was not their fault, so I had to go to another store. I was very surprised that Lululemon provides this kind of service. read more

I will not be returning to this Lululemon. I have been a loyal Lululemon customer since 2007, a shareholder, and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of product from this company. I went to the store over the weekend to get a few pairs of leggings repaired, got redirected to a couple of people in the store, and finally ended up talking to a girl named Shelby who flat out refused to help me. She attempted to redirect me to the Fillmore store. Then she tried telling me to come back on a weekday, because they were "so slammed". There were multiple empty stalls in the dressing room, while I was in the store, and I saw maybe 2-3 other customers shopping at that time I was there. In fact, the number of Lululemon associates outnumbered the customers shopping in the store while I was there. I offered to wait, but she just kept arguing with me and refusing to help. I doubt she would have done anything differently had I come back later in the day or on a weekday. I think she just didn't want to help with this particular task, because she kept pushing back when I offered alternatives. I was so appalled that an employee would demonstrate so much resistance to doing their basic job to help a customer who has clearly spent a lot of money at this company. Finally, another associate saw us and offered to help with my repairs. I will not be returning to this Lululemon location. read more

I was strolling around Union Street and decided to stop by to get some more pants for work. The ABC pants, which I swear, are the best most versatile pants ever, are right by the front entrance, and are merchandised and organized meticulously. I was able to help myself and grab a couple pairs in a couple different colors and I didn't need to bother anyone to help me. I checked out very quickly and the guy who's ringing me up was super nice too and asked me what size/color bag I wanted. I have long arms and every bag drags on the floor so I appreciated him fitting two pants into the smallest size bag. Very happy I went to this location as it was my first time going into any lululemon. Very happy with the size selection. This cute girl helped me with finding a skirt in the winter season! I never had an obsession with Lululemon until during the pandemic. Prior to pandemic, I think I owned 2 tank tops, and 1 pair of align leggings. Now that the pandemic has been going on for 2 years, lululemon has become almost my whole wardrobe!!!! Huge thanks to the healthcare worker discount they offered for several months! The customer service here at this store is good and bad. When they're not busy, all the attention is on you, and you can get the help you need. But then sometimes, it seems like everyone and their mothers are in the store, and the line can snake for eternity. It's very hit or miss. They only have about 3 people in the store at all times - which is perfect for those slow days where you're the only customer, but also not enough help when the snaking line comes. I love the quality of their clothing. It's soft, comfortable, makes you look good, and lasts a long time. They've really revolutionized workout clothes, and transformed it into clothing that you can wear in the streets and look stylish. Lululemon is awesome! read more

Everyone here is super helpful. They don't have alot of regular people sizes. Only small people sizes. That's kind of the bad part of this location. But it is a cute place and nice people. On Christmas's morning in 2022 I got a new backpack. Not only did I get a backpack, but I got a Lulu Lemon backpack. This may seem insignificant, but to a broke teenage girl I was overjoyed! While this backpack is a little expensive, it is more than worth the cost. This backpack has lasted a year and a half so far and in the following paragraph I will be discussing all it has gone through and how well it has held up. As I mentioned, I have had this backpack for about a year and a half. First of all, this backpack lasted me three semesters of high school. Most schools aren't the cleanest place on earth, and with setting backpacks down frequently they tend to get pretty dirty. Due to the material of my backpack, anytime it got dirty I could throw it in the washing machine, and it became good as new! In addition to it lasting for so long just in school, it has made it through three mission trips and one weeklong trip where I hiked through the wilderness of Colorado. Once again when it got dirty, I would bring it home, wash it, and it was like I had never used it! I have never had any zippers or pouches break on it and I would repurchase this backpack a thousand times. This one backpack has lasted for a very long time and doesn't look like it will give out on me anytime soon. This is my favorite Lululemon store in the Bay Area. I've been going to this Lululemon for years. Every time we come here the sales associates are super nice and helpful and I can tell enjoy their job. They are super patient at answering any questions I have. They are super nice to our dog Banksy. A few times we had to make a return they never question or intimidate me with "well what's wrong with it?" Recently I return a sweater that literally was way oversized at the Burlingame Lululemon and the cashier kept asking me what's wrong with it. And she's said it's a final sale and I shouldn't return it. Does she expect me to keep an unworn sweater in my closet. For the price point- you would think they would have good, courteous, AT LEAST BASE LINE service. But no. They are unbelievably rude, and DISORGANIZED. I wanted a certain jacket, they didn't have it, they made ME look for a similar one and order it. THEY SHOULD HAVE FOUND THE SIMILAR ITEM, and shipped it to me quickly. Then I wanted said jacket hemmed, so I went the neighborhood store to have it worked on.. as simple as that should be it wasn't. I kindly said hi to the metering women and she immediately said I had to wait 30 minutes, ok I understand capacity.. then out of no where the automated text says I need to rush back within 5-10 minutes or I'll lose my spot.. it had only been 15 minutes since the timer started! Fine whatever.. I rush back and I still have to wait.. once in the store waiting like an idiot at the counter in the back, where gemming normally was.. the notice me the only BROWN GIRL IN THE STORE and tell me "oh you are waiting for a hem? You can wait outside." Nobody in the store wanted to help me.. and they still kept rushing me out of the store saying just wait outside someone will come.. (IT WAS FREEZING COLD AND RAINING, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN STORE, AND NO WHERE NESR CLOSING TIME. Finally one of the terrible attitude RBF ladies reluctantly volunteer, the women initials HB assured me they could hem this jacket and have it done within 3-4 days... If only it was that easy, I went back 5 days later just to make sure there was some cushion of time so I wouldn't waste my time or money going to the store for what would be the 3rd time, FOR ONE GOD DAMN JACKET. THAT WASNT EVEN FOR ME IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! And they didn't. Even. Send. The. Jacket. To. The. Seamstress. AFTER 5 days it was still SITTING ON THEIR RACK, PURCHASED WAITING TO BE HEMMED. The store is located in the busy part of marina/cow hollow but once you're able to find parking, there's lots of walkable brunch places nearby to grab some food so light as well make it a day trip to come here. The store itself was clean and well organized although they didn't have many options for leggings in my size (4). After you try on a sports bra they steam it before putting it back on the rack. This location deserves zero starves if we could. This location has racist employees or more specially just one. My wife went into to exchange a pair of pants because after she bought it, she noticed a missing draw string. A second pair of pants warped after a few washings. She was told by a female employee that they can't fix the drawstring issue. Didn't even offer to replace the pants. She also shamed by wife for buying the wrong size for the second pair of pants that warped. She said to my wife "we don't do swaps just because you bought he wrong size. Next time, buy a smaller size!" WTF! My wife then left pissed and went to the downtown store and they swapped out two new pairs for her. No questions asked and was appalled by the Union street location. After my wife told me about this I was furious! I would have driven down there and gave that girl a piece of my mind but that wouldn't have been right. Instead I called corporate and made a complaint and called the store to talk to the manager. In the end they tried to rectify it by apologizing for the unprofessionalism and to give us a better experience and offered us a shirt. Doubt we'll go back. I went in to buy a pair of leggings as a gift for my sister and the store was basically empty. Someone came over to help me with sizing which was great but then every single employee did at some point and it made be kind of uncomfortable because I'm the type who just wants to shop in peace. And when I went to check out, the person helping me was sweet but then I heard another employee whispering about me and asking their coworker "does she even have any idea what she's doing". I visited the Union Street store about a month ago and the person helping me body shamed me at the counter and asked me why the garment didn't fit me that I tried on. I was very uncomfortable as I was at the counter purchasing hair ties and when I went to pay I inserted my credit card and she quipped that I would get more points if I used my phone to pay after the fact and laughed, I should've cut the transaction at that point and now I write this after 3 weeks so it does bother me. Every time I try to sike myself up to go to the gym, I go shopping. Because if I'm going to purposefully turn all shades of magenta, sweat run and just get downright gross. I want to look good doing it. I know I'm a total girl. But there's something to be said for feeling confident in yourself, while you work out. Your run a little straighter. You push a little harder, and at the end of the day, when you're feeling a sticky mess, if you don't have to worry about embarrassing sweat stains on your sweats, or pulling out wedges --- you have that much more time to focus on your workout. In fact if you buy Lululemon stuff, you will most likely look for reasons to wear your workout clothes out. Uh...big party...better wear the Lululemons....church.....probably better wear the Lululemons, hot date....def wear the Lululemons. Lululemon is not cheap. Far far far from it. In fact yesterday, before I made a visit over to Lululemon, I told my bf to brace himself for the most expensive sweat-pant purchase, he would ever bear witness to. He didn't stay long enough for the buying part, but I'm sure I could have captured a Kodak moment as he looked at the receipt.. But Lululemon's stuff, if I dare say it, is worth it. Especially their funky double band groove pants. They are designed to not only be comfortable, but the fabric which they use to make nearly all of their pants --- luon, is a nylon/lyrca material that is designed to pull the sweat away from your skin as you work out. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sidenote I usually like to mess with the staff when I'm in the fitting room I like to make the most suspicious of noises to ruffle feathers. This lululemon store is shockingly stocked for how small I thought it was. The store was narrow, but don't let that fool you into thinking they don't have anything. They pretty much had all of the newest, latest and baddest money-sucking workout wear as they do online. However, the one thing is that their sale section isn't aggregated like some of the other locations. It makes finding sale items hard, even for the staff as they can only "remember" seeing some things and have to check. Outside of that, the store is very centrally located in the Marina and generally the staff are very helpful. I'm obviously not rating this for price per fabric so don't hate! read more

This is not a critique of the store or the quality but the customer service online. I understand they are doing a "system upgrade." However, you cannot say we are doing a system upgrade and not work on Sunday. If your stores are open and folks can purchase online 24/7, support is needed. I spent over an hour on the chat waiting. That is ridiculous for a company who charges $400 for a hoodie. Sorry. Customer service should be of the highest standard. No excuses. Okay - I FINALLY got pants here. I guess I just had to realize that they're supposed to be pretty tight...apparently they can't wick away the sweat right if they're not... I'm digging the capris right now with this funky diagonal stitching that seems to just hold everything in the right place. I've been told they look nice too- which is nice though not the motivation to spend $$$ on them. I also snagged up a few pairs of their boy-shorts undies- I am loving those- they feel pretty great under the pants and don't have a bad VPL either as they're not too grippy on the butt...me likey.
